"Heh. If you wanted fun, you should have picked Miroru. I'm the boring, slow cousin. They call me a sloth for a reason." He muttered quietly to her as their game began. Obviously, the boats would come up to either side of their vessel, as each group took upon one of the pair.
"Barely making it, dressed like that? Please... You look like you're out for a night on the town, not fishin', dumb girl." The larger of the men spoke out as he glanced down at their 'catches'... Well, it was better than nothing, right?
"Eko, this ain't even enough to feed us, let alone the kids back ho-" Before the youngest could speak, another smacked him upside the head, shutting him up.
"Then we'll just take one of these two hostage. The girl will probably fetch a good ransom." The largest male spoke again. By now however, Setsuko could get a good look at all five on her side...
The largest male, armed with a large axe, was clearly brawns over brain- But he could bench press this entire boat if he had to.
Three of the men were your average goons- Lanky men who looked underfed and desperate, with various spears and sticks. Nothing threatening, but...
The last, the smallest of that group, was a young man who couldn't have been older than 14. But something about him...
Yes, indeed. He was the Shinobi, he had to be. He was far too young to be doing anything else.

Meanwhile, on Kai's side, he was currently being patted down. Not that he could really do much- His five were generally lankier sorts like the goons, but much more on edge, spears pointing right at his face.
"Please... Just leave us be... This isn't worth it..." A leading man glanced up at Kai, raising an eyebrow as he smacked him across the face.
"Shut up. You're going to go back to send a message to the village. Send better fishers, and if they want the girl back, they are going to have to pay a hefty rans-"
Yeah, that was about as much as Kai could take. His hand was at his chest, and he formed four seals- Seals made with one hand, at that- Before he thrust his palm out, electricity wrapping around it. It would shock the lead man, but was unlikely to seriously injure him- Both of Kai's techniques were rather untrained.
"Right, gig's up!" His eyes gave him the advantage he needed. The reaction time to see what was coming his way, and formulate a way to escape the attacks. Duck, dodge, weave- A Kunai would flash out of his waist as it clashed with a long fishing hook- And just like that, Kai was grappled into combat.
That said, these guys weren't the worst fighters... And Setsuko likely had to deal with the stronger of the two groups.
