[Hyūga Hinoe]

After a good deal of running, and genuine fearing for her life, Hinoe's Byakugan informed her that the fire was no longer spreading. Her legs feeling like jelly, the Hyuuga made a final leap to a nearby tree, where her chakra effectively kept her squatting on the tree trunk, her body posture defying gravity.

Shinde, despite the carnage she had wrought, did not seem bothered that she had almost roasted a fellow Konohagakure ninja. Hinoe heard the ash haired girl call out, asking if she was alive, and if she was, then she had passed. The outrageous nerve! The Hyuuga returned as quickly as she could (which was rather slowly, given her aching legs, though she tried to let her annoyance show in her body language), trying to look angrier than she really was (Hinoe was frankly just relieved to be alive).

"Now what on earth--" she started, only to be cut off by Shinde raising a hand. The Chuunin commended her effort, and expressed hope that Hinoe would return to suffer next week. And then, to the Hyuuga's surprise, she burst into a plume of smoke. It had been a shadow clone all along! "Really?!!" Hinoe asked no one in particular, her hands resting on her hips in exasperation. "Like hell am I coming back for that-- whatever horror she called training!"

Except, deep down, Hinoe suspected she would be back next week....
