The Bijuu are nine beings who were created entirely from chakra, and essentially exist as sentient masses of chakra. While they have been around for many centuries, it was only over a hundred years ago when the villages were first forming that shinobi were able to capture and harness the power of these tailed beasts.
Naturally, being constructs of pure chakra; the usefulness of these beasts when placed inside a human host becomes nearly endless. As one might expect they give their hosts impressive increases in their chakra reserves which was the entire reason for them to be sealed in the first place. What surprised many shinobi however, was that all of the bijuu seemed to give other additional abilities to their host ranging from the ability to control unique elements to the power of flight.
After the formation of the villages, during the First Shinobi War; Bijuu or more specifically the Jinchuuriki who utilize their powers became some of the most devastating weapons at a village's disposal and were often considered as symbols of power and status for their villages. It was because of this that the Great Five shinobi villages were raised above the others, as the Great Five originally held the majority of the bijuu with Ame being the only minor village to originally hold one.
Over the course of many years and two additional wars, the nine bijuu changed hands and eventually became more evenly spread between the villages in time. Some individuals state it is because of this occurrence of the bijuu being spread out across more villages that has helped to maintain the recent peace, others in turn state that it is because of this that the peace will eventually fail.
Whatever the case may be, no one can deny that the Bijuu and their Jinchuuriki hosts will always play a significant role within their villages, which becomes especially true during times of war.
Please note that at time, special rules may apply to your bijuu. It is up to you, to ask your kage/ruler what these are. Most often these rules will revolve around in character restrictions placed by the ruler. These can be curfews, schedules and other rules ordered by the ruler or it may involve your seal; with many rulers having fail-safes of varying degrees.Requirements:
• You must have been part of the site for over a month.
• You must have at least one other character approved and active.
Note: Upon the launch of the site, reservations are valid for two weeks. This means you have to have the character and all their corresponding applications approved by the end of that time. If you are finished and simply waiting on reviews to be concluded then the reservation will be pushed until the reviewing process is done.
The Bijuu
Ichibi
Location: Sunagakure no Sato
Name: Shukaku

Abilities
Sand Technique List: Shukaku's most notable ability is its sand manipulation, using it as an effective weapon and shield. In it's bijuu mode, its body is completely made of sand, the tanuki can ignore most damage that would otherwise be detrimental. Even if the Shukaku were to have limbs severed it would still be able to keep on fighting.
Wind Technique List: While the Shukaku's variety of wind techniques is somewhat limited, the power of them is hard to deny. With just air bullets fired from its mouth, the Shukaku is capable of leveling small sections of forest from the sheer amount of force the wind produces. Additionally, some hosts have used these wind abilities in conjunction with the sand abilities to create sandstorms as well as launch sand projectiles at impressive speeds.
Fuuinjutsu Technique List: By using its natural cursed seal markings across its body and its own sand body as a medium, Shukaku is capable of performing fuuinjutsu. These fuuinjutsu techniques range in ability and power, but the strongest of which is capable of stopping most direct attacks.
Nibi

Abilities
Claw Creation: One of the more simply, but deadly techniques at the Nibi's disposal is the razor sharp claws it has. Even while the Jinchuuriki is in their normal human form, they are capable of growing claws on their hands which are capable of slashing through most materials with ease. Upon going into a chakra shroud state or full bijuu mode, these claws become capable of cutting through all, but the strongest of defensive techniques.
Fire Cloak: While in chakra shroud or full bijuu states, the Nibi is capable of producing a cloak of fire surrounding their body. These flames burn with a great intensity and more importantly are unable to be put out with water. In fact, upon the introduction of water the flames only burn hotter and spread more easily. The only way to put out these flames is through the use of fuuinjutsu or by smothering them with enough earth.
Extreme Speed: While some people don't realize it, the Nibi is the fastest of all the Bijuu. This is in terms of mere speed as well as reflexes and as such it imparts these abilities to its host. Lastly it should be noted that these abilities only get more potent as a Jinchuuriki goes from their normal human state, through the chakra shroud states and to the full bijuu form.
Sanbi

Abilities
Coral Technique List: The Sanbi, and in turn its host are capable of producing and manipulating coral via ninjutsu techniques. While the coral might not seem particularly dangerous at first glance, it is far harder and resilient that naturally occurring coral. It is hard enough to stand up to nearly any form of attack, with only immense kinetic force being able to shatter it.
Shell Technique List: The Sanbi while in its full bijuu mode is capable of utilizing its own shell not only for the natural defense it provides, but is able to utilize it as a weapon as well. This is done by the Sanbi rolling while tucked into its shell, much like the Akimichi do when performing the Human Bullet Tank Technique. This shell is indestructible, and should someone be trying to attack the Sanbi the only places they'll be able to do any amount of damage at all is where the limbs, tail and head tuck into the shell.
Natural Durability: As previously mentioned above, the shell of the Sanbi is impregnable and the only places open to attack are the limbs, tail and head. That being said, even attacking those sections would prove of little help, as even the skin of the Sanbi is extremely tough; with the skin being capable of block most lower rank techniques and standard weapons.
This trait of toughened skin is also passed along to the host, whose skin becomes nearly as tough iron (albeit only an iron coating as thick of their skin itself.) which is capable minimizing damage received from various jutsu and weaponry, as well as being able to stop very weak attacks entirely.
Yonbi

Abilities
Taijutsu Prowess: While not as strong as the Hachibi or as fast as the Nibi, the Yonbi is without a doubt the most well rounded bijuu when it comes to physical ability, and is likely the most dexterous of all the bijuu. All of these physical abilities come together to make the Yonbi, and in turn the host who also receives these abilities to have the potential to be one of the strongest taijutsu practitioners in the world.
Lava Technique List: Son has the ability to use Fire Release and Earth Release simultaneously, allowing it to use Lava Release. This in turn transfers over to the human host as well, with them being capable of utilizing it even in their basic human form. These techniques range from creating geysers of magma to burst from the ground to magma armor to protect their self.
Gobi
Location: Iwagakure no Sato

Abilities
Horn Techniques: While the Bijuu and its Jinchuuriki are only capable of using its horn techniques in the chakra shroud or full bijuu mode, the power displayed by them makes up for that. While the basics of it boils down to ramming a target with the horns on their head, the horns themselves are able to pierce most defenses, but more importantly are capable of throwing most targets miles away.
Steam Technique List: The most useful of all the Bijuu's abilities, the Gobi is capable of utilizing chakra to make use of the Steam Ninjutsu. Not only does this allow them to utilize steam based attacks while the Jinchuuriki is in human form, but these steam techniques may be used to boil chakra within one's own body, giving them temporary strength boosts that exceed even the natural strength of the Hachibi.
Rokubi
Location: Kusagakure no Sato

Abilities
Corrosive Techniques: The primary offensive technique of the Rokubi, the Bijuu as well as its human host are capable of producing a very potent acid in both a gaseous and liquid form. This acid is extremely potent and can burn through most materials within seconds. It should be noted however that the acid's effects are hindered by the presence of chakra.
In the case of the human host's or the Rokubi's chakra it is stopped entirely. In the case of chakra emitted by other living creatures such as other shinobi, the acid will generally burn skin on contact, but will slow and stop the moment the target moves out of the gas.
Adhesive Techniques: While note as commonly used as the corrosive techniques, the Rokubi and in turn, its human host are capable of utilizing an incredibly adhesive mucus. While it can be broken out of by enough brute strength, dried out and made brittle with fire techniques or cut out of; its primary role is to hold opponents just long enough for the Rokubi or its host to hit them with a corrosive technique.
Nanabi
Location: Kumogakure no Sato

Abilities
Insect Techniques: While such a name for techniques does not seem threatening at first, the variety of abilities the Nanabi can utilize is stunning at times. Not only is the bijuu and its host able to molt to form material for use in the replacement technique, but this also can help to heal damage to both the Bijuu and Jinchuuriki. In cases of severe wounds it will be unable to heal them entirely, but it may be able to lessen the amount of damage a considerable measure. This is only a taste of the various insect abilities the Nanabi can utilize.
Flight: Arguably one of the most useful abilities of any Bijuu, the Nanabi and in turn its human host are capable of flight through the use of thin insect like wings. While in chakra shroud state or the full bijuu state they are always present. In the human form though, they will emerge from the Jinchuuriki's shoulders and lower back where they will then beat so fast that they appear like a blur to a normal human eye. While the wings do not allow them to travel much faster than an average shinobi's speed on the ground, the ability to maneuver in the air can drastically affect a battle.
Hachibi

Abilities
Physical Strength: While many of the other Bijuu have a considerable amount of strength, the Hachibi is without a doubt the most psychically strong (with the exception of the Gobi while using the steam ninjutsu to enhance its strength.), with this strength transferring over to its human host.
Ink Technique Tree: While the Hachibi normally tends to fight its battles with its strength more often than not, it also is capable of utilizing ink techniques. These techniques range in effects, but primarily are used to blind opponents and make clones.
Kyuubi
Location: Konohagakure no Sato

Abilities
Chakra Reserves: While all of the bijuu have chakra reserves far above what a human is normally capable of, the Kyuubi's chakra reserves dwarf even those of other Bijuu. The only issue a host finds is that Kurama rarely gives his chakra away freely unless both he and his host face the most dire of circumstances.
Chakra Replenishment: While Kurama has free reign over the majority of his chakra and may prevent his host from accessing it fully, he is unable to control the ability to replenish chakra that his host always inherits. While the replenishment is not enough to continuously launch high ranking ninjutsu one after another, it does make it much more difficult for the Jinchuuriki to fatigue from jutsu usage and minimizes the time needed before they can fight again.
Negative Emotion Sensing: While it is not widely known, Kurama is capable of sensing negative emotions within its host and other individuals near to itself or its host. Additionally, while the Jinchuuriki is capable of utilizing this ability; it can only be utilized if the host is capable of achieving the nine tails chakra mode.
