DESCRIPTION: Village security is amongst top priorities for any affluent and military-powered nation. What stands as important as the moves of one village, are those of another. Espionage is the backbone of any true shinobi, and while the skill is possessed by most, masterful use only exists in few. Due to some unstable relations with varying villages, you’ve been charged to infiltrate an opposing country and successful infiltrate their shinobi village ranks. Collect as much information in regards to military strategy or economic production and return such information to your village. Be warned, those who undertake this mission will be stripped of their hitae-ate and all documentation noting their existence will be kept elsewhere. You will effectively be a ghost, as to not implicate the village. If you are captured, take your own life. If you die in battle, take your secrets to the grave. Located along the borders of Mizu no kuni, this distant stronghold features some of the world’s most barbaric men and woman who practice cannibalism and blood sacrifice; praising to their death god for good fortune and strong health. Once left alone since their diet usually consisted of each other, reports of missing women and children from surrounding villages have begun to pile, causing widespread commotion and panic. It’s to be assumed these citizens were kidnapped and used for nourishment and contribution to their obscene god. A small search party was dispatched to gather intelligence, however, we lost contact with the team days ago—we can only assume the worse. Our passivity can no longer exist.
