DESCRIPTION:

A local rat was reported by a couple reputable sources for having had a meeting with a very shady individual. It's believed this individual is a connection a much bigger ring. The local rat though known for squeaking has never had quite the risk for tattling, as this shady individual is suspect of things that even high staff of Takigakure have taken interest. Anyone should be able to get some information, but Etsuko noting Haruka's interest in the torture division. This mission screamed an easy way to get in a little practice and on hand experience.
