RE:build [the village] "nothing is insurmountable" ESTABLISHED TIME RANGE: 1 Month POSTING TIME: 36 Hours [Due to Unlimited Signups, this can change from the entire group or per person to keep this to 1 month, depending and TBD]. VILLAGES PARTICIPATING: Kirigakure no Sato RANK: E-A Rank (dependent on assigned roles for each individual + may change mid-event for individuals depending on the type of obstacles faced) (A-Rank is EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE) RULES:- All skills/weapons/jutsu are allowed. - Posting Window is strict. Missing defaults to site rules: Whatever happened in the last post = happens to the character. - A 24-hour extension may be given (twice the duration of the event) in the case of an emergency and the person contacts the Mizukage. - Not Death Enabled (E-D Rank ONLY) SIGN-UP SLOTS: Unlimited. Open to ALL Kirigakure individuals (Academy Student to Elite Jounin) [Sign-Ups Close April 30th] NPC DUTY: Han/Mizukage background The village has suffered a great deal since the Civil War. The rampage of the Sanbi left many dead, and an entire part of our village completely destroyed and unusable for future generations.
This is unacceptable.
It is time we fix, mend, and rebuild what was lost all those years ago. Restore this part of the village, and the wall to bolster our economy with new business opportunities, and fix the wall that has been left unattended for all these years. Raise up a defense, so that our enemies may never think again to infiltrate us.
Come one, come all, the best and most loyal servants of Kirigakure no Sato and Mizu no Kuni. Then, once it is all said and done be in awe of the beauty that we have created. objective & notes The objective is to rebuild the wall and this part of the village that has been destroyed in totality during the Sanbi Rampage. With all the construction work, the project is set to take place for an entire month.
Shinobi help is required due to their strength and speed!
E-Rank (Academy Students): Not Death-Enabled
D-Rank (Genin): Not Death-Enabled
C-Rank (Chunin)+: Death-Enabled
There is no PVP in this, and doing so would waste time. The goal is to build as quickly and effectively as possible.
Academy Students will be assigned to the "outer" most ring, away from the wall, they are to do the heavy lifting to bring construction equipment and supplies to those building - hammers, wooden planks etc. They shall not encounter undue stress UNLESS someone from the outside manages to get in.
Genin will be assigned just inside of the area being built on by the Academy Students, right on the wall, however not AT the wall. They will be doing a lot of the Academy Students are doing, however, with the added pressure of also helping to build the actual buildings etc.
Chunin+ will be assigned to the broken part of the gate/wall itself. It is death-enabled here, because the taller the wall gets, the more hazardous any unfinished unstable structures become, and of course any potential enemies may be lurking having heard of Kirigakure's attempts to rebuild. It is the job of the higher-ups to keep an eye out whilst helping the process along.

Each rotation, the "danger" meter will rise. And a roll of dice will determine a very random chance of something breaking in each of the three sections. Academy Students have the smallest chance of getting hit by a rogue log that they must then do their best to dodge. Whilst Chunin+ must be aware at all times and be certain they not allow any enemies in during the rebuilding process as well. There is an indefinite amount of rotations, though the end of the event can marked by a 'full' completion of the wall, which can be done in a total of 7-10 rotations if there is no encounter had - if a fight breaks out the 'rotations' in that section are put on hold. |
