Naruto: Fallen Blades' Fifth Semiannual Chuunin Exams! Before the Exams begin in an earnest there are a couple of things that need to be established. As of the posting of this thread the chuunin exams registration is closed. From this point till the end of the exams the participants won’t be allowed to buy any more jutsu and will have to make due with what they have currently. As far as the additional Sa goes those that still haven't gotten it will have time till next Saturday to post an appeal for it because it will be the last chance to do so should they find themselves ranking up. A term and a mechanic that will be used throughout the exams is a posting rotation. To explain it in simple terms a whole round of the people in the thread posting is one rotation. Your characters were judged not only by how well they performed and either won or were defeated but also on Attitude, Strategy, Jutsu Knowledge, and Miscellaneous. While the exams were not handled in sufficient quality that they should have I (LazyNeko ) can offer only sincere apologies and thanks to all participants that trudged through them. Now for what you are really here for.... Flak Jackets from one's village can be included into a character's inventory to commemorate their rank-up.
