With all sides having suffered ghastly amounts of casualties a treaty was put into effect in the hope that it would help to maintain the peace. While the treaty has done an exceptional job these past twenty-four years, many shinobi are beginning to speak up that another war is inevitable.<p>

So while the entirety of the war hangs balanced upon the edge of a blade, the question asked is how long the act can be kept up and when the peace fails how many blades will fall from dead shinobi's hands.<p>

DESCRIPTION:
The local delivery boy's been demanding a higher wage of the local rock news, it's finally come to the point where the boy is striking, but the local paper can't afford the boys demands not as a regular pay. In order to show the boys futility, the head of this news stand is paying that desired wage to the shinobi, as he believe's showing the boy the futility of his strike will cause it to end and him to go back to a regular route at the regular wage.

Our mission is to deliver the villages paper on it's route.

Reason to be learning: Yoshiko's learned almost all her techniques from Kouen, it was planned to add this technique once I earned the exp. I've been threading with a lot of different people and making new charries and just haven't gotten around to adding this technique sooner.
