"I'll make a note of that." She'd state with a slight nod her hand almost instantly finding a pen on her person, before she'd move through the genin's file and make a clear motion. She'd specifically note in on a section of what'd seem like general notes. There was a multitude of factors which determined how the village reported or recorded the 'skills' of their shinobi. Despite being the Hanchou, she knew this interaction too short to trail information. Though she'd also add on scrap piece of paper this information, as it'd be possibly beneficial to consider someone with fuuinjutsu skill as team leader.

"That's lovely news! Amegakure is an amazing place with some of the best non-rock shinobi. Maybe you'll get a turn to visit them for training and get to see it for yourself. It's obviously a bit gray, but if you've an open mind the innovation and visual resilience is beautiful~! Hehe~" Yoshiko would sort of laugh in the joyous mood of thinking about her allies. The shinobi they'd sent had worked with her father after all. Even if he technically lost revolt, it certainly wasn't their fault and good friends are around for the good and bad.

"Do you normally have trouble finding a teacher here though?" The brunette sort of needed to know, but her mind was pretty settled family might be a tough subject. Especially knowing that their sibling had runaway, it could of lead to some unspoken rumors essentially furthering their troubled life. They however didn't feel like they'd been scarred into an unstable or broken state. They so far were passing all the basic vibe checks of a health shinobi. So hopefully asking this would be the softest entry on the subject.

Maybe Yoshiko could force a jounin of the clan to head Shizuka's new team. That or find someone who can enrich the training that might relate to the overall topic. If her knowledge of the Nekomata and ninjutsu were correct, then the transformation was only a few techniques. It'd be mastering the forms and fighting within them that'd be the most time consuming. Perhaps finding someone who was capable in aiding on the ideals and practices of augmented combat.

"That's what I like to hear, Iwagakure could use more great kunoichi! You've got some big shoes to fill and I will do my best to make those shoes bigger. Nothing is impossible though." Yoshiko would state perfectly fine with the Okada's desire to be the best one day. It wasn't exactly her shoes that needed filling, there was the present Tsuchikage and even the Okada's own sage to surpass. Maybe she stood on or above their levels in some aspects, but she was too modest to presently consider herself the best of the village.

"It's actually a bit of the Nohime motto, that there's nothing we can't accomplish with ninjutsu. As an example of it's versatility today I'll be helping you master the clone technique. It's one of the academy basics, so if you've already covered any of it in class let me know so I don't bore you~!" This was their first time meeting, so Yoshiko hadn't really much information on what the academy student knew. She agreed to teach students of all levels and thus had seen all variety of potential future shinobi. Unlike genin who'd past an aptitude test, academy students were more or less just kids trying to be shinobi.

The Nohime could relate through her younger cousins and the fact it wasn't all that long ago she was a student. She couldn't however glance at someone and suddenly know their true aspirations or determination. It seemed though that this girl was determined and excited to due her part in learning. There was clear chakra activity coming from the academy student too, so they'd certainly mastered some of the basic academy jutsu.

"There's nothing more important than our villages future!" A statement spoken with a jovial tone. Truthfully she had a debt in her heart to Iwagakure. A feeling of nationality passed down from her father, a certain need to serve and her beliefs that love conquered all. She needed to show everyone in the village her love to nurture them into the best shinobi the nation needed.

"Please have much as you want and reply when you're comfortable. Make sure you look through the menu and pick whatever you'd like out. This is my treat and I want it to feel like one." Yoshiko would state making sure she grabbed her menu too. A wide smile on her face as she would be genuinely enthusiastic to have a meal here. She'd been to just about every business in the village, so she had a decent idea of what places had the most scrumptious food.

Her words would however have a bit of a double meaning, as she'd not intend to jump head first into the topic at hand. It was a sensitive one after all, to be engrossed in something negative could sour ones appetite and refusing to eat wasn't good for anyone. A body could grow nor ones chakra pools if they're malnourished. Honesty came from people whose minds weren't clouded with concerns like hunger.

Assuring the boy it was okay to eat, Yoshiko would begin eating some of the appetizer before looking through the menu on her side. As to gesture it was completely okay to go ahead and do the same, she'd purposely avoid opening with the conversation at hand. Instead to pass the little time before their waitress would come and take their orders, the jounin hanchou would open a folder on the genin. "Just to verify some information on our file for you, nod up and down to these questions please."

"Age 15. Nekomata Clan daughter of Okami and Mugen families. You've been a genin over two years now. Ranged weapons proficiency. Elemental nature wind style. Cat Familiar named Yukikaze. Perfect~" Confirming enough of the blanket information, there was a lot more to a shinobi's file. Though this was all the to the Nohime's knowledge non-personal stuff.

What appeared to be a large eagle would go from circling the air above, to suddenly coming down to the earth. Unnaturally it dove talons first to the ground, it's wings spread as it'd seemingly fall from the very sky right behind the Nekomata training. It's appearance moments before landing would change in a sudden burst of smoke. As it did so the sound of clapping hands would follow.

"Very impressive technique!" The familiar voice of the Nohime would exclaim from the clearing smoke, as she'd reveal she'd been the one watching curiously over Iwagakure's training grounds. It was her own type of training, it was also her way of keeping an inconspicuous eye over things. Once again and as though always present, her smile would shine through possibly revealed first as the dust cleared.

Forget the fact she'd been flying or better yet floating, she would seem to be impressed by the jutsu which exhausted the genin. The expectations of one shinobi over another would always change the value of their accomplishments. Ultimately it mattered less who was the best and more who had the will and ability to get better.

"Training alone can be risky. You could pass out and hurt yourself on all the lovely rocks." The Nohime would state with her typical joy though, she'd sort of gesture to the many rocks and stones about which could be a serious threat. Reaching behind herself, she'd pull out a canteen of water and extend it to boy. "Here you should have a drink."

She'd simultaneously extend the water, as she'd peer around the male, as to observe the damage done to the dummy and subsequent rock wall in the background. A clear impressed whistle, as she'd nod with a smirk. "Quite the performance, albeit I could sense quite a bit of chakra burn. Use this technique a lot?" The kunoichi would pry curiously, as she'd roughly guess too much use of this technique would in fact be probably over tax the genin.

Yoshiko was a sensor shinobi and pretty proud of her deduction skills. She'd since the boys path being lead to her position, so just as he was walking up on their both she'd slip out of her seat. Hands crossed over her lap in a very open and sort of unarmed fashion, her smile was wide and genuine, as she'd greet the boy with a slight bow of her head. "Okami Shizuka, thank you for meeting me here! I'm Nohime Yoshiko, Jounin Hanchou and head of the Nohime clan, please come have a seat the appetizers are starting to cool down."

The young lady spoke with a pep in her tone and sense of overwhelming joy and pride. Her hand gesturing to the booth seat opposite of where she'd just perked from. An assortment of hot and cold appetizers, shrimp, blooming onions, skewered chicken and boiled edamame. Between her the work of her rank, the side job of SHAKAR and her own sway as a clan head. The expense of this little meet-up was no concern to the Nohime. Waiting for the boy to give any greetings, state any concerns and just in general until after he took his spot. Yoshiko would follow sliding back into her spot.

The Restaurant was a well lit, a bit over decorated, but especially in this booth section lacking too much traffic. There was only really another table visible and able to view on their discourse too. The seating would be a well padded bench style seat, the table a perfectly sized for about four people to eat. However it'd look a little dwarfed due to the preset appetizers, a menu sat at either side of the table for both of them. Hopefully a clear sign there'd be a meal involved too.

As a sensor the older kunoichi would know the academy students arrival was coming. She'd not think about preparing further, as there wasn't anything to really worry about. At least the Nohime had believed that all the way until the Okada arrived in a typical boisterous manner for their clan. It'd be nothing to the brunette, but the rabbit in her lap would loose it's mind. Viciously scurrying out from the Jounin Hanchou's lap. Not without leaving a little present for the jounin.

"Hehe, I should of seen this one coming!" Despite the rabbit droplets the smile on the older girl would remain, if anything it seemed to intensify with the humor of the accident. Her hands quickly forming a seal of concentration, before she'd plant her hands on the ground. Earth warping around her palms like a glove, as she'd push herself up right, then brush the droppings from her dress with the stone gloves. A quick shake of her hands following to cause the earth to seemingly perfectly leave her hands once again bare and clean.

"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, an aspiring academy student is certain to be one of my jounin after all in good time!" Yoshiko would state with glee and a tone of honesty, despite her honestly not knowing the skill of this girl and understanding today wouldn't be the full reflection of their future. However the first step to training someone to be the best was to believe in their ability to do so with hard work.

High ranks had high responsibilities, as well as tied themselves to some of the more grave shinobi truths. Yoshiko would rather meet people under better circumstances, but she had no way to undo the wrongs which had beset this poor genin. His team were lost too a poorly judged mission, it shouldn't of gone down like it had. However this wasn't a completely unheard thing, often people created contracts leaving out the most important details. Even with Iwagakure's ear to the ground they couldn't of heard these ill steps coming, but at least they'd now know the individual wasn't to be trusted to contract them.

Unable to simply undo the horrors of a fatal failed mission, the Nohime still needed to make sure the sole survivor had a new team. A genin required supervision, a teacher and friends to help them grow along the way. Where was best for this boy wasn't readily clear to the Jounin Hanchou. Nor could she be confident purely on 'report' that the genin's psyche was intact enough to immediately hit the fray. These were things she had to find out for herself, if she was to properly re-assign this member of the Nekomata.

Arranging for a meeting the genin would of received a message letting them know the Jounin Hanchou requested a meeting. It'd be no stuffy office or rock training ground, but instead the Nohime would reserve a table for the two at one of Iwagakure's finest restaurants. A person who suffered needed the most love and care that the girl could offer. She'd only hope he'd not take this the wrong way and have the appetite to match the menu. It was a booth seat, as to allow them a level of privacy and upon arriving Shizuka would be brought to her table. Appetizers already say in the middle of the table awaiting the genin,

Perhaps those in her clan and people typically of her rank wouldn't spend time with seemingly random academy students. However Yoshiko was a different type of person, she simply enjoyed the possibility of bringing a smile to her villages people. She'd strongly believed in the power of love and hoped to form a foundation with all of the village built on a mutual respect and thus love of each other. To form a bond greater that fear or mere power could ever hold.

Today she'd find herself a bit at the edge of the village, it was her choice of training ground. A place she held quite dear to her heart, it was an oddly perfectly square cut into one of the surrounding mountains. A place she realized her father created perhaps through sheer accident and Jinton. It's cut though helped a couple cracks form into more or less burrows and she had the pleasant company of wild mountain rabbits.

So commonly her spot, she'd even had managed to convince one to settle on her lap. Awaiting her new student, another Okada perhaps Taki had swayed to the shinobi side of things. It was quite the great feeling to see what was primarily a civilian venture now encouraging and embracing the heavily shinobi way of Iwagakure. Many less knowledgeable civilians and non-shinobi travelers could make such a poor impression of the shinobi, assuming them to be brutes. Meanwhile the Jounin Hanchou sat quaintly with a smile and a peaceful hum, her hand gently stroking back the stray rabbits ears as she waited.

Approaching the cavern entrance, it'd certainly not appear to be a very large tunnel. Instead it'd have an opening that'd allow little over two people to stand next to each other. It had a bit more of a tall and narrow crack feel then a mine shaft cylinder shape too it. Despite the entrancing seeming a bit obvious now. The not too wide entrance making it a likely poor place for stow aways. There was still good reason to investigate.

Yoshiko still couldn't detect any shinobi with her sensory, but she could get faint signatures of what she'd likely assume were animals. A large one and a smaller one, "Hmm... I have a feeling your prediction about bears might be right. I sense two things barely without a signature one seems to be larger, but it's hard to say off a creature that doesn't use chakra. I'm thinking a bear and it's cub." In the Nohime's mind this made their clearing out of this place feel a bit more awkward. Though she'd due what she had to help keep people safe.

There was however the more tangible concern of how much more an animal will fight when it comes to protecting their kin. A part of the Nohime was confident it didn't matter. She believed in the might of Iwagakure genin, especially the ones with her now. Taki was a vibrant and ambitious person. Birds of a feather flocked together and all, but she didn't need to overstep these twos boundaries. "Any preferences on how we handle this survey knowing there's a couple 'somethings' in there? I've got more sensory, if you'd like me to gather more intel before entering. Though I'm confident enough to a lead march in then out too."

"So long as you return the favor. I'd be red before the fight from embarrassment wearing their get-ups." Yoshiko wouldn't expect the sage to extend something so personal to the Nohime. However the enthusiasm of the Okada bled through even past disagreements. It'd not surprise her if Taki heard such a compliment and it wouldn't push her into enlisting to the Okada. Wrestling certainly didn't feel like the most effective form of combat for shinobi, but she enjoyed the spectacle like many others.

"D'awww, you're too kind! I think I'll try one of these first." The princess would state as she'd take a chocolate chip muffin from the bunch. She'd take one bite and giving it an extra chew, she'd let out a pleased groan of enjoyment. "Delicious!" Truthful praise, as she'd very quickly begin wolfing down the muffin unashamedly. The offer had been put out there and she'd burned enough energy where this was simply too good.

Listening to Jou speak she'd nod and make sure to keep relative clear attention on the topic. Her attention seemingly to only momentarily shift the moment she'd finished her first muffin. Side eyeing her surroundings she verifies no one was really watching. Quickly picking out a blueberry muffin to eat at a much slower rate. Pausing on the muffin as Jou finished explaining his thoughts to her on the lesson plan.

"Of course! It'd be my pleasure to help you master your chakra control. Nohime typically master chakra control as a staple and as the clan head I should certainly be one of the best." She'd reply making sure to not toot her horn too much. She wasn't blind to the fact there were others equal or greater than her in this world. People with more knowledge and others with simply abilities she hadn't even fathomed.

"Of course, it's apart of why dust release techniques are so costing." Yoshiko would respond to Sabishi's slight struggle, it wasn't anything to be ashamed. The genin after all had mastered none of the jutsu nor the affinity. This was in a sense the beginning of her journey. She'd have a lot further to go, but the clan head would do her best to help.

Positioning herself to the side and slightly behind Sabishi, the older Nohime would reach out her arm slightly above Sabishi's. Extending her own chakra and using both her mastery of control and sensory; Yoshiko would channel her chakra to aid the genin with this attempt. To prevent things from going chaotically wrong and to help assure instructions were followed.

"Now I need you to remove focus from the wall of this cube furthest from us. You can also think of it as reinforcing your focus upon the four corners closest to your hand." Extending her control she'd assure the back of this cube would be infallible, so it'd just be on the genin to release the control of the shaping more or less. If performed properly the jinton cube would more or less shatter, shrinking in on the side facing the two Nohime, but expanding and seemingly ripping open on the side facing away. The typically destructive jinton chakra would release essentially harmlessly in a blinding flash.

"Hehe, as to be expected of an Okada." Yoshiko would state with a slight joyous giggle, it was a bit cliche, but the same could be said of a ninjutsu specialist in the Nohime. Certain clans simply breed and raised their kin for a specific purpose, it was hard to break that mold when it's such a core of the clan. A person was just their surroundings outcome after all, as Iwagakure residence they're also destined to be great soldiers. At least that was the nationalist view the Nohime had been raised to believe.

"Of course, hasn't every Iwagakure shinobi?" The village wasn't all that big, especially when you compared it to the majority of shinobi villages. It was due to their distinct military nature, as the vast majority of it's population was that of present or past shinobi. The Okada were generally not the largest shinobi presence, but they were loud and a source of entertainment. A source which fit the land it was associated to quite well.

"I will admit, I've seen more recently than in the past. A wise friend of mine asked me to look out for Taki, a wise choice she seems to be a pretty important bridge between the clan and the villages general shinobi mentality." Perhaps Taki and the clan could use more discipline, but so far Yoshiko hadn't seen their boisterousness be too devastating. She was young enough to be open to a more crass and unruly shinobi, as to her results and comradery were more important than rules and discipline. Perhaps a crutch of her mantra.

"We're starting to close in on the location, so who wants to guess the type of trouble we're getting into?" Yoshiko would ask, as she'd make a clear hand seal, as to actively push her sensory limits to see for herself. There were shinobi who could hide from sensory, but this approach wasn't planned in a dated sense. It was highly unlikely for anyone to expect their arrival?

Fashionably late was something the Nohime was becoming a little too used to. It was by no means intentional, but she had herself buried in paperwork and responsibilities. She was the head of her clan, the Soothsayer of SHAKAR and now the Jounin Hancho of Iwagakure too. Yoshiko though wasn't one to complain of these responsibilities. She'd not let these roles separate her from the person who got her to these roles, as to her strength came from love. The more she loved and her heart fought to protect, the more she could accomplish.

In a typical Yoshiko manner, the Nohime would arrive from the skies. Her speeds close to her combat quickness, but not quite her true fastest. It'd be however enough to make the dust rise in a circle around her, as she'd hit the ground with a heroes landing. Her free hand moved to her heart, as she'd look up to Jou with her infectious smile. "Apologies for my lateness Jou! I will do my best to make up for it with this training." Yoshiko would explain as she'd get to a proper standing position, it'd be then she'd notice the basket of muffins. "Ooooh, it seems this time you've brought treats for our training." Yoshiko would state with quite a bit of delight, she'd been so busy the past few hours she could really use food.

"Right?" Yoshiko would ask in confirmation, as she'd realize she'd almost possessed walked straight to the muffins. She might of been his superior and the deed might of seemed obvious kindness due to their last training. However the Nohime wasn't the type to make assumptions or act so rudely. So she'd wait for the boys approval to steal a muffin from the basket.

"I'm sure if I said it ten times, I'd have it down, but Uta would be easier, hehe~" Yoshiko would state actually mulling over the idea of memorizing the full name of this genin. She'd honestly probably do it later that night, if she didn't attempt to do it on the mission. However she didn't bring a file with the girls name, so she'd probably mess up just trying to remember it.

"Barriers could be quite useful for this mission honestly, allow us a moment to assess could be situations. As a ninjutsu master, I'd definitely agree that Suiton would help. An element always adds inherent strengths that chakra can only match with more and more drain." Yoshiko didn't exactly want to comment on the mention of acting different. She'd heard about the split personality through the girls file and performance at the exam. It wasn't too worrying though, she doubted they'd need to be so brutal.

Yoshiko wasn't exactly sure how to answer the question herself, she didn't exactly want to commit herself to a field. She was the Jounin Hanchou after all. If it was a thing, then she needed some level of skill or knowledge in it? She had already claimed to be a ninjutsu specialist. So she'd simply be honest. "I'm especially good in ninjutsu, but in such away I can use it to fill the gaps of other specializations. I'm also a sensor, so I'll know if real troubles ahead before it's even close."

Leading the way Yoshiko would treat the group to the easiest path to their destination. They'd walk in a manner that was almost snaking around each mountain, but that'd avoid the jagged rocks and so long as they were together most animals would simply leave them be. The fact they were looking to explore a relatively undiscovered hole in the ground, it was clear their path wasn't defined. So the Nohime was clearly working of just a general understanding of the landscape, she'd flown over it a million times at this point.

Yoshiko couldn't help feeling her own level of nervousness, it wasn't over the fact they were practicing Jinton. It wasn't the risks to which jinton provided. She was a very talented sensor, so she could tell what was going to happen. Her eyes had an ability to discern the lights and visual shape created, her ears could hear the very subtle shift of wind with the chakra concentration. Her sensory let her so close even have it's own feel, the flow of chakra the hesitation.

Even more clear to the older Nohime, it'd seem her cousin wasn't even able to face the challenge. Their eyes closing. It wasn't really the right move, but she could see where the practice came from. Out of sight, out of mind. The anxiety wasn't a factor to be hidden, it was apparently the first major crux. Sabishi would ask Yoshiko if she had a means to get past the anxiety.

Despite her concern for the younger kunoichi a bright and confident smile still held true. "The deletion is effective too containment, so you'll want to watch the shape you perform. If you're outside of it you're safe, but more importantly if you focus everything on the containment first, then you'll never produce anything dangerous." Ultimately they'd accomplish very little creating a contained space of chakra.

"However, you'll never get better at deleting, if you don't focus on the force which deletes within the containment cube. Which is what we'll learn here today, if you take this functioning cube. Focus in on the corners closest to you or the opposite direction you want to flash. While simultaneously pulling control and though from the opposite side, then..." Yoshiko would explain as she'd actively effect the jinton shape she created. Ultimately ending up aiming the cube away from both her and Sabishi, it was still visible to both. The side closest to them seeming to bright as the other end seemed to almost collapse in on itself, as it did the whole thing would 'explode'. Though it was less a blast and more a flash, an odd feeling of warmth and shifting air.
