"I'm sure if I said it ten times, I'd have it down, but Uta would be easier, hehe~" Yoshiko would state actually mulling over the idea of memorizing the full name of this genin. She'd honestly probably do it later that night, if she didn't attempt to do it on the mission. However she didn't bring a file with the girls name, so she'd probably mess up just trying to remember it.

"Barriers could be quite useful for this mission honestly, allow us a moment to assess could be situations. As a ninjutsu master, I'd definitely agree that Suiton would help. An element always adds inherent strengths that chakra can only match with more and more drain." Yoshiko didn't exactly want to comment on the mention of acting different. She'd heard about the split personality through the girls file and performance at the exam. It wasn't too worrying though, she doubted they'd need to be so brutal.

Yoshiko wasn't exactly sure how to answer the question herself, she didn't exactly want to commit herself to a field. She was the Jounin Hanchou after all. If it was a thing, then she needed some level of skill or knowledge in it? She had already claimed to be a ninjutsu specialist. So she'd simply be honest. "I'm especially good in ninjutsu, but in such away I can use it to fill the gaps of other specializations. I'm also a sensor, so I'll know if real troubles ahead before it's even close."

Leading the way Yoshiko would treat the group to the easiest path to their destination. They'd walk in a manner that was almost snaking around each mountain, but that'd avoid the jagged rocks and so long as they were together most animals would simply leave them be. The fact they were looking to explore a relatively undiscovered hole in the ground, it was clear their path wasn't defined. So the Nohime was clearly working of just a general understanding of the landscape, she'd flown over it a million times at this point.

Yoshiko couldn't help feeling her own level of nervousness, it wasn't over the fact they were practicing Jinton. It wasn't the risks to which jinton provided. She was a very talented sensor, so she could tell what was going to happen. Her eyes had an ability to discern the lights and visual shape created, her ears could hear the very subtle shift of wind with the chakra concentration. Her sensory let her so close even have it's own feel, the flow of chakra the hesitation.

Even more clear to the older Nohime, it'd seem her cousin wasn't even able to face the challenge. Their eyes closing. It wasn't really the right move, but she could see where the practice came from. Out of sight, out of mind. The anxiety wasn't a factor to be hidden, it was apparently the first major crux. Sabishi would ask Yoshiko if she had a means to get past the anxiety.

Despite her concern for the younger kunoichi a bright and confident smile still held true. "The deletion is effective too containment, so you'll want to watch the shape you perform. If you're outside of it you're safe, but more importantly if you focus everything on the containment first, then you'll never produce anything dangerous." Ultimately they'd accomplish very little creating a contained space of chakra.

"However, you'll never get better at deleting, if you don't focus on the force which deletes within the containment cube. Which is what we'll learn here today, if you take this functioning cube. Focus in on the corners closest to you or the opposite direction you want to flash. While simultaneously pulling control and though from the opposite side, then..." Yoshiko would explain as she'd actively effect the jinton shape she created. Ultimately ending up aiming the cube away from both her and Sabishi, it was still visible to both. The side closest to them seeming to bright as the other end seemed to almost collapse in on itself, as it did the whole thing would 'explode'. Though it was less a blast and more a flash, an odd feeling of warmth and shifting air.

These two genin seemed like incredibly polite and well behaved ninja. They both shared in her sentiment of it being a beautiful day and had a sense of excitement towards doing this mission. The Nohime couldn't blame them, she fully related to them both. The drive of youth saying anything and everything is possible. As well as the flames of defeat casting one to want to eagerly recover and overcome one's failures.

"Awesome, I'll make sure it's a good step back into things. I know what it's like to recover from bad burns, once we're done I've got some recipes for the perfect homemade ointments you'll love." Yoshiko would state more so to Uta, as she'd situationally be the more necessary of concern. A recovering injury even once healed would still send shivers and other sensations that simply were counter intuitive to the mission. She knew pretty well the injuries one received out of distraction from others.

"This'll be a great mission to get back into things. There's a chance of anything to go wrong, but most likely we'll just be doing simple surveying. I've seen it all from bandits, bears to simple vagrants or dead ends. No actual reports of suspicious behavior, though our Tsuchikage wants us to approach these caves as us though they could harbor missing-nin." Yoshiko would explain the objective, as she'd try to both be informative and get the two mentally prepared.

She'd give these words in motion, as she'd give a gesture to start moving too. They'd have a lot of walking to cover from the village gates, so she figured they might as well start moving.

Yoshiko had been asked to take this mission seriously. It wasn't like she could think of a task she took unprofessionally, but she understood to a degree the stakes at hand. They're to be going outside of the villages general watch and care, there was that slim chance something awful popped up. Uta and Goro needed mission practice though and Iwagakure needed to assure one's safety.

Despite this the words of worry came to the Nohime like paranoia, especially with all the villages recent national measures to increase the lands safety. Alas she couldn't help feeling a sensation of ease and relaxation, as she'd head towards the gates of her village. She was a sensor shinobi and a jounin, these were her lands that she loved. Nothing could happen she wasn't confident she'd be overqualified to handle.

Perhaps the sense of ease and lack of tension was why she'd be last to the team-up. It wasn't a problem to the jounin though, it actually gave her quite the sense of pride in her allies. "Awa Uta and Okada Goro, it's a beautiful day for a mission wouldn't you say?" Yoshiko would exclaim a smile bright on her face, as she'd cross her arms behind her back. She'd seem to show not a care in the world, as her gaze slightly meandered past the genin and onto the horizon.

She always longed to be in the air, but she couldn't let desire override discipline. Inhaling the new day with a deep breath, she'd channel her focus on the genin. After all it was a challenge for them, she'd certainly find whatever task easy enough. They however could be up against new odds and she shouldn't let them miss out on the opportunity.

"It has an effect similar to that and ends up fulfilling that purpose. However it's got an important use for Nohime like yourself in training." The Nohime princess would respond quickly. It was true the jutsu ended up working in combat as a blinding technique. It's creation and function though were for training jinton, as to prevent the very thing which happened to Kouen. It'd also likely help prevent the very situation Sabishi was explaining.

Yoshiko would choose to lead Sabishi up to the top of the complex, the building was three stories tall and it's structure was largely stone. The roof would be not the flattest or safest place to stand, but it was otherwise completely clear of easily damaged structures. It was a nice and bright day with low cloud coverage, there'd be however a solid half of the complex under a certain level of 'shade'. It didn't get the full beat of the sun, as the mountains around the village provided cover between certain hours.

They'd likely only have an hour of shade, but Yoshiko had no problem training in the sun. Iwagakure had hot days, but nothing compared to visiting Sanosuke's chuunin exams. The land of wind was a terrible place to be, she couldn't imagine being a native or worst a shinobi in Sunagakure. The very thought made this moment of shade all the more enjoyable, as she'd turn to Sabishi and formulate a good reply to the question last asked.

"It's hard to contain jinton and that's what makes the element so hard to develop. However, if you're focused solely on containment, then you can create it without the destructive substance to fill it." Yoshiko would explain, as she'd perform one of her non-offensive jinton techniques. Creating a small cube, she'd raise it up, cause it to pulse once. Then it'd shatter at the sides releasing only the slightest of shifting air. Hence why containment would be their first bit of knowledge, as much as her feat right now was a good display. It wasn't actually a technique to convey, merely a show of the Clan leaders manipulation of elements.

"I ask nothing of you, because they'll be a time Iwagakure needs you. When that time comes, you'll answer it's call and ask for nothing in return. You'll learn that greatness comes from this village, that no tragedy would be greater than it's fall and that even if it fell you'd carry on it's will till your dying breath." Yoshiko would speak with a booming voice, as it'd be meant to be commanding. Though it was hard to fully grasp through the upbeat cheer that was her general persona. Despite her almost carefree happy demeanor, her aura was still powerful and commanding. The likes of her Jinton far surpassing her father's now.

Explaining her patriotism, she'd have straighten her posture. One arm folded behind her back, as she'd raise a fist to her heart with her other arm. Completing this display of military professionalism, she'd quickly loosen up and ease her arms back to her side. The question of how they'd begin was a good one, but it was one she was all the more happy to answer. As she'd had the perfect jutsu her father and her designed. It was a bit harder to perform than the jutsu she started, but it's purpose was far more long standing.

"We'll start with dust release solar flare, a technique I developed early on. It is not the best application of Jinton, but it creates a comfortable 'out' for future techniques. A safety precaution of sorts." Yoshiko would explain her planned first jutsu to relay. It was a brief explanation, but it wasn't like she planned for them to start anything in her office. There were far too many risks in attempting Jinton here. The amount of important documents that could accidentally go up in flames.

"It's okay, we've all got to start somewhere. Our start will be containment, so you can be assured you're in safe hands." The Nohime would add, as she'd understand how scary Jinton was to others. It wasn't like they were immune to it's effects like some clans seemed to with their advanced natures. Everything they did carried a very real risk to be concerned about.

Yoshiko often found her pen hand in motion, it was hard not to in her position. She'd be burdened with clan relations, jounin evaluations and even some covert SHAKAR side work. There'd been a form or letter open on her desk, she'd been in the motion of signing things. Until this 'appeared' on her desk. It could wait though, as she'd been expecting a guest in her office within the compound.

Sabishi was family so there'd be no special escorts or sudden security. The Nohime head felt safe surrounded by her clan, she'd never acted to wrong them. They'd all stood by her long enough to have her full trust as a patriot. Entering would be no problem, but there'd be no pleasantries as first thing the younger kunoichi spoke was 'Teach me Jinton'. A bold approach that'd likely get the ire of most masters.

"I can teach you Jinton, Sabishi-chan~" Yoshiko would state with a bright smile, of course she'd have to shake off the blunt dialogue dump. Not a single hello or how're you, but many in her clan knew her typical business. She had certainly a lot of things on her shoulders, but she had the light weighted rock technique to lighten them. "No payment necessary. I want the best for our village and clan, it's my duty as head to best prepare you for whatever task might be at hand." Yoshiko would explain plainly and without fail. Every word sung a happy tune and there was always a slight crease in her cheek to present her unwavering smile.

I'd like to make this a standing mission board like my Iwagakure Mission Board. I'd also like to put her the advertisement. SHAKAR is an organization intended to seek business with any forces, as well as is willing to recruit from any resources. They're a globally available Mercenary organization. This also means any individual is able to create contracts, as to request things their village might not agree to or allow.

Souma meets the Nohime Clan Head

The Nohime hadn't expected the flattery especially aimed to her own hair. Though she found Souma's argument both compelling and quite empowering, she'd smile all the more true with that extra boon of confidence. "Hehe, I've never been one to consider dyeing my own hair or altering it's coloration naturally. As a Nohime I believe in my ninjutsu to perfect my disguise!" Yoshiko would explain with a quick hand seal, before changing her appearance with transformation technique. She'd specifically just swap the color scheme of her hair and outfit.

A momentary grin of victory, before transforming back with a poof. "Though, I suppose any change to conserve chakra could be the difference in a mission." Quickly she'd rationalize a flaw to her method, as to not try to belittle what praise she'd just gotten. It was however a factor of her own roots she'd never considered. Maybe this moment would lead her to remembering this idea in the future.

Once again Souma found a very pleasant way to turn her perspective on things around. The Nohime was easily steered towards the positive message. Her acceptance of the explanation to how everything stated was in fact a 'relief'. It left the Nohime feeling a certain sense of pride, she didn't have the difficult team. Another win for team seven. "Well, I'm happy I could give you some relieving news. I am sure as a medical shinobi you're probably more used to the opposite." Yoshiko would state with an understanding of how much Souma might have seen. Iwagakure certainly didn't have the least injuries in it's history.

"Heh, there's a lot to adjust with clan culture. Especially clans who feel a need to preserve their good image, Kamizuru are an amazing clan. I am sure it's been quite experience!" There was genuine amusement at her students regaling of their recent busyness immersing into the hive mentality? She had her knowledge of their workings as someone who'd once been trained by them, as well as a clan head whose had dealings and diplomacy with them. She understood decently what was likely keeping her old student at bay, it was a comforting feeling to have knowledge and sense certainty.

"No! You're fine." Yoshiko would exclaim as she hadn't felt any rudeness in the action. If anything she was more so just curious the reaction. See if there was any surprise, but Suikazura had long since known the Nohime was a sensor. It was quite easy to see through a trick you'd seen and known. "If anything I'm disappointed, because I had guessed Suika. Hehe. Still a lot more for me to learn than." An added statement to try to further de-escalate any unintended feeling of shame or rudeness for being caught at half mass so to say. Also the clear intention given to try to learn more about her fellow kunoichi and keep in contact.

In a sense Yoshiko was already trying to spell things out without fully saying them. To avoid the topic and just stick the simple pleasantries of spending time with someone. There was a meaning to this, a congrats and recognition of her students accomplishments. "Yes, I think it's important we have this one on one meeting before you head out to teach your own squad." Yoshiko would explain with a slow and confident nod. A very restrained and calm look to the typically cheery shinobi, she'd do so to convey that she hadn't set this meeting for mere feelings or fun.
