personal NAME: Hateshi Bure-Ka [Limit Breaker] RANK: A CLASSIFICATION: Offensive, Defensive ELEMENT: If applicable. OWNER: Satori Akira DESCRIPTION: Blunt hammer on one side, an axe on the other and a polearm to boot: Hateshi Bure-Ka is a 3ft arnament that can be used as an axe for cutting through things, a hammer for denting and breaking defenses - and a polearm to stab others. It is capable of delivering precise strikes through its ergonomic design that allows for hooking other weaponry. It's design is based off a simple lacquered faux wooden (made of metal) hilt, with faux leather (still metal) wrapped up around it with pins going through the interwoven design to form X marks all the way up its sizeable pole. Leading into both a upper and lower ring for the top and bottom of the handle: made of metal. It leads up to a gunmetal grey head, with one side being an axe: the other a blunted, but pointed hammer - and then a 12 inch blade at the top all conjoined to form a cohesive set of weaponry as one. ABILITIES: Chakra Reactive - Futton By utilising his Steam Chakra, Akira can turn the metal into a highly penetrative and a devastatingly cutting edge. Durability In order to dish out damage: it needs to take it. The weapon is made out of a fine material, as well as a super insulation based hilt that allows Akira to grip the weapon without being burned. In the same vein, will not succumb easily to those of a lower rank, and can take its fair share of damage against a higher rank. Insulation Capabilities The metal that Akira uses while being chakra reactive to his steam chakra, goes one step further than that. It has extreme capabilities to hold the heat his chakra brings, that means the weapon can continue to retain its heat and capabilities for several hours after being put aside. Akira can infuse his chakra, and proportional to the amount of chakra he puts in: heat it up to a point where most other metals would bubble, broil and turn into liquid. By using a Medium + (see below) amount of chakra, Akira can disperse this gathered heat into the environment: whether into an armour, a technique, to a structure or building and greatly weakening its integrity - if not outright melting metal, or through flesh, skin and bone, and is devastating to organic/living material. It changes how it gets dispersed depending on which side of the weapon is used. It is important to know that significantly less stronger against chakra enhanced weapons/armor Special note: If dispersed into the ground, will turn minerals into slag, and the ground will become intolerably hot to everybody (including Akira himself) and crack. While not able to destroy: can greatly weaken Doton techniques. while I'm iffy about different parts of the weapon affecting different sized areas, I can understand the reasoning behind it. the main things I think needs to be changed is the base chakra cost - bump it up to a Medium base cost of chakra - this is an extremely versatile technique and has the capability of being extremely powerful.

please also note that the effects of the steam will be significantly less on stronger weapons/armor (those enhanced with chakra)
