Searching for answers as night would approach quickly, teams from Kumogakure and Kirigakure would commence searches across the area on just what might be plaguing the dark depths.  Clues were gathered and help was received, though many of the shinobi long lost or having returned home.   Word was sent for help to take on the waves that cause men terror and strife. 

There is something plaguing the waters.  Seamen are scared and furious with businesses suffering and men dying out upon the sea.   Plenty of clues towards what is out there with a lot of insight from those who have stalked the lands, seas, and shores.  Information will be gathered, sails thrown up, then on to wrestle both night and sea into submision

It's a new wave. Second half of this Chapter Event is being reopened to help those currently on the Event.  We've lost a few people along the way, scheduling and post activity has been a weakness.   The resurgence of the Event should go smoothly with everyone on their toes.  The second half of this event could prove quite fatal.

They will be the four planning to continue on with the event.  Those being added into the mix will be meeting with the team upon an island between Kumogakure and Kirigakure to share information and prepare for their attack. 

For this plot all Kirigakure, Kumogakure shinobi, as well as Missing Ninja, are able to participate. If you're interested, contact your Kage for permission and then simply reply to this post with your character and nation.

2-4 Players will be accepted.  I'm leaning towards the lower 2 as to keep things moving.
