NEW GENIN EXAMs! "enter: blood mist!" announcement    With the Sakana Me Island being tested and opened, Kirigakure Academy Students are now required to showcase their skills with the academy jutsu and their battle readiness on the island. Here is a few words from your Mizukage:  With the world changing, we - as a nation and a shinobi village- need to be ready for what is to come and show our allies, as well as our enemies, that we will not be broken. We find a way, just like the rivers and brooks which carve their way through stone. We endure. Just like the water we surround ourselves with, a small ripple can cause a tidal wave. With this new initiative we hope to strengthen our forces, so that even the weakest among us are better than the best of those found in the ranks of those who would wish harm upon our dear land. Aspiring shinobi will need to showcase they can handle themselves beyond what is required of others, I encourage all to teach, to guide these young minds. They are our future. They are the ripples which will form the tidal wave which sweep our enemies away and keep those who have dealings with us respectful. reminder: exams "enter: blood mist!" announcement A thick piece of parchment is placed on the Kirigakure academy bulletin board. It is pinned next to the original Nanadaime Mizukage's announcement. A wax seal is placed at the bottom to signify the Mizukage's approval. "A reminder, that all Kirigakure Academy Students are required to showcase their learned skills from the academy and overall battle readiness on the Sekana Me island. A shift in the regime will not change this fact. Please sign-up with your instructors, either by recommendation or personal request."  OOC NOTE: Please read spoiler below
