T he Lord Fourth of Amegakure and Lady Fifth of Yukigakure: To the end that their villages will join together in a military and mercantile alliance; Declare: The contracting parties will render military support to one another’s nations in times of combat. The contracting parties will mobilize their militaries to the defense of one another in times of emergency or internal strife. The contracting parties will not sell or lend their military aid to opposing martial forces. The contracting parties will engage in free and open trade, travel, and exchange of ideas not protected under regular course of trade secret laws. Additionally: Yukigakure will provide Amegakure access to the material known as Ranmantaru-kō, or weapons smithed from said material, in course of trade. Additionally they will, on request, provide engineering expertise from individuals involved in the building of the Yuki rail line. Amegakure will provide Yukigakure its own technological infrastructure, providing access and knowledge of certain technological advancements, especially those advancements made as a result of access to Ranmantaru-kō.
