An example of this is a power line on the border of Arashi no Kuni and Kawa no Kuni, left in tatters from a harsh storm. While laborers work hard to bring it back up, they need to be protected from any bandits or scavengers trying to get in the way. The timing of the Chunin exams and other missions has led to the rag tag team of Takeda Sho and Kaguya Toru being assembled to hold down the fort whilst the power line is re-erected.
