[Mibōjin Kiho 昆™]

So far the Chuunin exams was living up to all the hype she'd been told about. It was awesome that she got to move so freely now that she had better control over Chomei's power. She wished she could have displayed it all to Kame in their training session, but she couldn't let him know the lengths of her fighting prowess, not until she knew they weren't going to be on opposing sides in the event some conflict popped off.

Despite that factor, she was happy that she got to spend time with him from a more personal and honest standpoint. Nevertheless, now that she had gotten all cleaned up she was ready to head back out to see what else she could get herself into. She hoped that along the way that she might be able to make some new friends. "With all the villages being here how about we go out and talk to some of them. I've seen a few good candidates so far."

Eh, do what you like.. Just make sure you don't get to ahead of yourself. Try keeping things within the realms of politics, and try to steer clear from enemies.

Ugh! When did you become such a stick in the mud Seven. Live a little, its not like we have to ACTUALLY be worried about anyone. Did you NOT SEE how awesome we were against Kame? We could have totally taken him out if we were forreal.

Pfft! You're only saying that because you know it's something I'd agree with you on...

Kiho laughed as she headed on out the door, instinctively she thought about letting out her wings so that she could fly over the landscape, but the two of them had already agreed they were going to be doing most of their traveling on foot. Flying in the sky would have too many eyes on her, and Chomei wasn't in the mood to be having to worry about others that might be aware of what she truly was.

Kiho thought the best place to go would be the festivities they had lined up in the area for the exams. She was certain that lots of people were going to be there, especially since there would be food, games, and anything else the locals could use to make a profit while everyone was out here. After all, that was one of the biggest, if not the biggest perk to hosting the exams was the amount of capital you gained from it.

After about 20 minutes of walking she'd finally arrive at the entrance to the Festivities area for the exams. There were Shinobi of all kind in the area, but there was one that stood out to her as she got closer toward the entrance. "Oooo, she's pretty AND TALL, and for some reason she reminds me of someone we know." Kiho stated before running over to the rather tall woman. Her features were kind of hard, especially when you considered her height and long hair.

"Hi there!"

Kiho spoke confidently before coming to a slow walk beside the person. She made sure to keep her distance so that she wouldn't come off as hostile, but she was definitely confident in her approach. There was always the chance she could be rejected, but that would be their loss if they chose to deny the presence of such a wonderful person like herself.

Hmm, something about her does feel oddly familiar..

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure Miyo wasn't much for crowds or festivities, but she sometimes had to make an appearance, and the chuunin exam was one of those exceptions to the norm - one that she attended intentionally. Not only was it a good way to see what all the villages were up to, but it was also the perfect time for her all-critical eye to observe the future talent. None exceeded Miyo in her ability to analyze a foe, and the more she saw of them, the more she could create an advantage for herself. Watching the chuunin exam meant that, for any reason, if she ever fought the participants she viewed, she would already possesses an advantage that would be a difficult hurdle for others to pass.  However, that didn't mean she enjoyed all of it. There were also people she didn't care to run across, and the downtime could get boring - sort of like the current moment. Between matches, she had little to do but stand around and wait.  Most people didn't care to bother her. She exuded an aura of 'don't mess with this one' which is likely for a good reason, but some of the more enterprising individuals might make an attempt to get closer to the rather stunning and often scantily clad Ōnakayama.  It seemed that, for whatever their reason, one had decided to do just that. Kiho was not someone that Miyo was familiar with. The tall, pretty girl that was Miyo turned to acknowledge Kiho's presence.  It took a moment to reply. It was strange seeing someone who appeared to be that excited to talk to her. But, here was some cute girl that wanted to do exactly that.  "Hello." Miyo tilted her head slightly. "Do I know you?" Miyo knew the answer. That brain of hers would never forget. However, it was a common enough inquiry to make in such an occasion. A perfect opportunity for someone to introduce their self.

"Well of course not! But you're about to!"

Stated stated positively before she took it upon herself to reach out a hand. "My name is Mibōjin, Kiho of Kumogakure. Pleasure to meet ya." A few years ago she might have been intimidated with approaching someone like her. Especially with the body language she was given upon approaching her, but a lot of the people here carried that same demeaner. It was one of the unfortunate traits that came with being a Shinobi, but there were some people who had it before hand.

Either way she refused to back down unless it was clear that she needed to. Kiho was here to enjoy the environment and to meet as many new people as possible. After all the time she spent only being able to leave on missions it was important for her to be able to capitalize off opportunities like this one.

Eh, You don't think you came off as kind of annoying?

Not really? I don't know. How else am I supposed to approach a stranger? I'm certain mean mugging wouldn't get me any further than I have right now. If they decided that they aren't in the mood to make any new friends then I guess I could leave... Oooooor, I could bug them a little.

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure "Huh..." It wasn't really a question, more just a sound of acknowledgement, albeit it slightly surprised. "An interesting name, but it is nice to meet you." Miyo takes the offered hand. "I am Ōnakayama Miyo, of Sunagakure." This kumo-girl seemed to be a bit more energetic than some, and her expression of determination - or what Miyo figures was such, struck her as a bit odd. Almost like she was excited to see Miyo for some reason. She knew they had never met before, and she had never seen this girl, either. So, what did she want? Was she trying to sell something? Certainly had the gumption needed to go around selling things, but didn't have any noticeable product with her. A pyramid scheme? Did Miyo seem like the type to fall for that?  "What... uh... What can I do for you?" Miyo inquired.

It seem more and more likely that every time she spoke that this wasn't going to go the way Kiho hoped. Even the way she handled their introduction was weird, but still within the confinements of being respectful. Still Kiho chose to keep hope alive before giving up on the interaction, and fortunately she did not. It took everything in her to not explode in excitement after hearing the womans name. Ōnakayama was the name that was attached to her mentor Arashi!

The Jounin specialist clinched her fist, and with widen eyes she spoke. "Wait! You're one of the Ōnakayama?! I know one of your relatives there from Sunagakure.. Well, I think? I don't know if your name is attached to a clan or anything." Kiho blurted out before realizing she didn't even answer the question that was being asked by Miyo. "Oh yeah, I almost forgot." Kiho added while rubbing her forehead nervously.

Uhm, I thought you were so supposed to be cool?

Hush.. I got a little carried away, who doesn't these days?

Um, I don't know? Me?

Kiho rolled her eyes slightly before taking a bow. "Excuse my manners Miyo, I was just looking for someone to hang out with while I'm here. Not anything clingy though, its more so just me looking to see who I can interact from different lands. After all, this is the only place we can really coexist without the fear of something crazy happening."

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure "I am, yes." Miyo replied. The girl's excitement at the revelation brought a faint smile to Miyo's lips. There were enough Ōnakayama that it wasn't too surprising that she had met another, but she didn't mention who it had been.  "We are a clan, of sorts. I do not believe that I am directly related to many of them, though." Miyo added as she considered the idea. "If you trace our lineage back far enough I suspect I have common ancestors with them all." Someone to hang out with? And this girl chose her? How interesting! Miyo wondered what sort of reasons she had for that - it clearly was not that she was an Ōnakayama, since she learned that afterwards, so something else drew her in. After a moment, Miyo nodded. "I see. I think that would be fine, though I do not promise it will be fun or exciting. I do not know a lot about this land so, I'm mostly a tourist."

Kiho frowned after she mentioned there was a chance she might not be related to most of them. She wasn't apart of a tight nit clan herself so she understood where Miyo was coming from, but still she hoped there was a chance she might have met her mentor at least. She was supposedly the daughter of the Kazekage so how could she not? Of course the Jounin specialist would take her time getting to that point as their time together at the moment wasn't even solidified.

Finally, she got around to addressing the reason why she approached her and it seemed like her gamble was going to be a success. At least for now. Miyo was very forward about their presence here as a tourist and them not really being a fun person. Hearing that made her grin as she was quite the fun person. Well, sometimes she was. Most of the fun she got involved in usually involved some sort of risk, and that was something she couldn't do here in a nation she was not native too, but Kusa is allied with Kumo.

"I can see that. I haven't been here that often myself If I'm being honest. I've only been around here once so I'm honestly no different than you."

Kiho added while stepping in a tad closer to the taller girl. It was hard not to be amazed by the woman's frame and poise, even if she didn't seem all that interested in being with anyone. She hoped that she might be able to change that based on what she had to say next. "Also, to go back to my previous question. You wouldn't happen to know someone by the name of Ōnakayama, Arashi would ya?" She hoped that this might be the spark she needed to really get Miyo talking.

You just don't give up do ya? And you seem to never miss out on an opportunity to bring up that rodent..

Hush Seven, you're just jealous she's had just as much of an impact on me as you have.. You should have just been nicer to me much sooner sassy wings.

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure Miyo nod faintly, two times. Both were in unfamiliar lands, then, and thus could both be considered tourists. Unfortunately, that meant that neither knew what was worth seeing, nor any tips for the unfamiliar wandering about. However, it did imply that they could do such adventuring and wandering together.  "I see..." Miyo rubbed at her cheek a bit. "I do not know what to do for fun around here, so if you have any ideas I am certainly open to them. I tend to try places of interest, things like any onsen, game halls, nice hotels, and so forth." "Arashi?" Miyo laughed softly, barely audible enough to be heard. "I do. She is my sister. Granted, I am adopted, but still, my sister."  Arashi was a popular girl. She spent a lot of time traveling and getting to know people. She as also a lot more open and approachable than Miyo. It was no surprise that Kiho had run into her at some point - though, she didn't know the extent of their relationship, yet.

It seemed like she beginning to grow on Miyo, maybe not outright, but just enough for her to actually take interest in a possible adventure with a stranger. That was all a young woman like Kiho could ask for. Some of the suggestions she made herself were actually quite nice. The ones that caught her eyes the most was going to an Onsen, and of course a hotel. All all inclusive one of course. She'd risen up high enough in the ranks to more than afford that luxury now.

Plus, if she wanted to make an impression on her new friend she felt like those two places would be the best. Nevertheless, when she got around to answering her question in regard to Arashi she begin to laugh. Albeit just a little, but it was extremely cute all the same. That within itself was an answer, but she'd respond vocally as well in addition to her laugh. Her eyes widen upon hearing that they were sisters, and despite not being blood related it meant no different to Kiho.

If Arashi was royal because of her ties to the KazeKage then that meant Miyo was as well. She wondered if that made her some sort of princess, or heiress. She wasn't all too familiar with situations related to Kage matters. Every village was different so there was a chance her role as a daughter meant nothing more than what it meant to Arashi. "Wow! What are the chances I come across royalty here. Must be nice eh? No wonder your selection of places to have some fun were in such good taste."

Kiho teased while playfully checking out the taller woman. "Well, I think a nice Onsen and Hotel should do fine for me if that's okay. Part of the reason I'm down here anyways is to have a good time, and you look like the kind of woman that might need it." Miyo had all the features one could ask for, but the demeaner in which she moved seemed kind of stiff. Not mobility wise, but more so in how she carried herself. Almost like she was wound up.

"Plus, it would give me a chance to wear some of the cloths I got after I went shopping with your sister."

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure "Royalty is an extreme exaggeration, and not even quite correct," Miyo replied with a slight frown. "I'm not really sure that my suggestions have to do with my lineage, but... maybe...?" Miyo let out a sigh. It had been a weird conclusion to draw, but it would not serve her to argue with it. She wasn't quite sure what Kiho's goal was, yet, but she was likely interested in the fact that Miyo was related to Arashi, her mentor. However, she hadn't known that until just a moment ago, so something else had drawn her over. She'd never consider herself a truly paranoid or suspicious individual, but in their line of work it paid to have a sense of skepticism on hand at any given time.  "As fun as it might be, and as fine of an idea as I think it is, I do not know any place that would be suitable." Miyo pinched at the bridge of her nose and shook her head slightly. "I do think it might do me some good, too. Besides, if you have some new stuff you'd like to wear, might as well get a reason for it, right?"

As expected, if she was a family member of Arashi and a member of the royal family then it was only natural that she would be so humble about her life style. Kiho on the hand would definitely be the type of person to flex her lifestyle. Of course she wouldn't be rude and greedy like most people because she most certainly share all of her luxuries with the locals of the village who would only fall more in love with her like the goddess she was.

On the outside Miyo would probably find herself staring at a girl who was stary-eyed with her hands places gently against her cheeks as if she was having a outer worldly vision. "Well, I'm not entirely familiar with the place, but I did read that this village had some Spas that we should totally check out.. Otherwise there's always mowing the lawn?" Kiho added sarcastically before walking ahead and waving on Miyo to join her.

"From what I know it should be ahead past all the festivities in some of the nicer buildings..."

Kiho was definitely being her normal pushy self, but with Miyo being so Kame-like she was certain the only way she would be up for doing anything outside of looking pretty and being awesome was probably just walking around and Kiho wasn't that kind of girl. "Oooo, we could probably get drinks too!? Hows that sound?"

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure "Spas would be fine. I always enjoy that, so long as we can find one," Miyo replied. But 'mowing the lawn'? What was that? Some sort of weird euphemism? Or was she actually suggesting they take up lawncare for some cash on the side? Miyo just shook the idea out of her head. "Well, let's do our best, then," Miyo continued. "At worst, we can just as one of the locals. I'm sure they could tell us." As for drinks... Miyo gave Kiho a look. She knew that she wasn't particularly good with alcohol and would regret drinking too much. However, she had no idea what Kiho would be like if she got inebriated. It could get risky... "Sure, drinks would be fine. If we're lucky, whatever spa might serve some, too," Miyo smiled faintly. "A nice soak in a hotspring with a bottle of wine is a nice way to spend an evening, in my opinion."

Miyo and Arashi were related, but that didn't seemed to translate well into the personality pull. Arashi seemed so much full of life, but ironically Miyo was more of what she expected Arashi to be like when they first met. The latter definitely felt more like royalty than Arashi, and that wasn't to say her senpai didn't carry herself professionally either. She could just tell their was a difference at the core of who they really were. Regardless she looked forward to breaking Miyo in.

It sucked her joke went over the womans head, but she was sure she might be get her to laugh with some of the other things she'd come up with. "Have a little faith. I'm sure we will be able to find it on our own." The look Miyo gave in regard to them getting drinks definitely made the Kunoichi kind of curious. That wasn't a look she got often from other Shinobi as drinking was quite common. Especially in her current rank and above.

Maybe some down time and alcohol was all she needed to finally liven up. "Come on! Lets get get a move on!" Kiho exclaimed before reaching out to grab her hand so that they could go running through the festivities. If what little of her memory served her correctly then what they were looking for had to be on the other side of this. From a business standpoint it would make sense for the people in the spa area to go back and forth from their to the festivities.

Especially if they brought their kids with them. What she was attempting was quite the risk and that meant the possibility of getting left hanging in the event she was bringing too much energy to the table, but this was who Kiho was. She liked to live life on the edge every moment she could because she never knew if that day would come where she'd become a shell of who she is now. Hopefully Miyo gave her the chance to see things her way as they ran through a crowd of people.

"If somehow we're not heading in the right direction I got a plan I think you MIGHT like." Which meant it more than likely would be a plan she wouldn't be comfortable with, but it would certainly get the job done if she allowed it. The wink she gave to the woman would only be proof of how far she was willing to go to spice things up.

Ōnakayama Miyo The Mercurial Maiden of Sunagakure "I suppose... we're capable, after all," Miyo replied with a slight roll of her eyes. Of course they could find the place on their own, but it might be faster to ask someone. However, it seemed like Kiho suddenly had some sort of idea, or at least a plan to find it. Miyo wasn't much for the whole hurrying thing, but despite her reservations she wasn't going to be rude, either. Kiho took hold of her hand and drug her along, so Miyo did her best to keep up. "A plan?" Miyo's uncertainty hadn't abated in the least. If anything, it had gotten worse. "You seem to know more about this, so I'll trust you." That may very well come back to bite her in the butt...

So... How is it that you intend to navigate through all these festivities without the use of a map.

Well uhm.. I thought it would be a lot easier, BUT! I do have a backup plan. I was able to check out the brochure for what the spa looks like from the outside, SO!

W-wait.. I'm not so sure what you're thinking is entirely acceptable Kiho...

Hush Sassy wings. You aren't going to get far in life if you're a chicken. Wait, do you have a Chicken sibling Seven?

Kiho would continue to drag along Miyo so long as she allowed her to do so. It was so much fun looking back at the girl to see how much of a prude she might be. Oddly enough she completely fitted the mold she always imagined for someone in her position. The short answers and the eye rolling and annoyance whenever they had to do something out of their comfort zone. The only thing that was missing now was a butler.

Kiho giggled silently to herself until she'd finally come to a halt. In the middle of all the festivities their was a map that pretty much had a list of where people could find a multitude of different areas varying from games, food shacks, and other forms of entertainment, but right now that wasn't her focus. As her eyes continued to quickly skim the map there would be nothing related to the spa she read about earlier in sight.

Smart move if they were looking for their business to be the focal point of these exams. "Sigh, looks like we'll just have to do things my way." Kiho added sarcastically while looking back at Miyo before giving her an overly optimistic wink. The Suna Kunoichi would suddenly feel a stronger than usual tug as Kiho soft out to bring the girl closer so that she could lift her from off the ground. None of what she was doing was technically consented so this could definitely end badly.

Nevertheless, so long as the royal princess allowed her to she'd sprout her wings from her lower back and would attempt to carrying Miyo with her into the sky. If she was related to Arashi then she assumed that this might not be anything new for her, but if there was the off chance she wasn't then she'd just have to try to convince the woman that she was in safe hands. "I guess right now wouldn't be the best time to ask if you trust me right?"

If allowed the two of them would sore high into the sky well above the festivities until they came across the building that match the one she looked at earlier. Looking for places from above was always much better than having to navigate through terrain on foot. Kiho would make sure to hold on to Miyo as tight she could without being to evasive, but she hoped that Miyo would do her part as well by allowing Kiho to bring her in as she flew comfortably toward the spa location.
