While Midori, Taki, and Konsho were at the chunin exams in Mizu no Kuni, one of the higher ranking gorilla summons deserted from the forest and separated himself from the sage contract, taking a few followers of his with him - threatening to start his own sage contract ran under his own rule of thumb and ideology, which is a great concern for all parties involved due to the threat of having sage mode being taught to those who might abuse it or use it against Iwagakure. Receiving this information, Midori decided to step in and assist her former student in getting a grip over the entire situation. Collecting information and evidence from witnesses, it was determined that the best course of action would be to capture the revolutionaries by any means… or die trying. Rumor has it that they have set up camp near the border of Stone country. Taki and Midori are tasked with capturing and subduing all of the gorilla’s who deserted, though if things are blown out of proportion and the situation grows too dangerous, then they are to defend themselves with any amount of force needed to survive.
