Many crops were destroyed in the fires and several homes were turned to ashes. They suspect that two C ranked rogue ninja are responsible for the incident and there whereabouts were last seen in Kirigakure Forest.

AMBUSH CARGO ROBBERY  MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: N/A RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Disabled PARTICIPANTS: Slot 01 // Slot 02 DESCRIPTION: There have been a recent food shortage in Kirigakure. Reports have stated that the ninja that were sent to transport the food were killed. However one lucky ninja was able to escape just in time. They reported that the three ninja, 1 D rank and 2 C rank, are using genjutsu to tire out the ninja and then ambushing them right after. They now want to send a two man team of chunnin or higher shinobi to handle this situation. A simple D rank assignment has now turned to C rank.

The blue sand investigation MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIRED:  N/A RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO:  Disabled PARTICIPANTS: Slot 01 // Slot 02  DESCRIPTION: Several weeks have gone by since the initial report. Blue sand has been founded in the mines of Kirigakure. Upon investigating it, it is discovered that the sand has come from a rogue ninja. The rogue ninja is a B rank shinobi that uses blue sand from Sungakure.

the green rain of bones MISSION RANK: B  NPC REQUIRED:  N/A RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Disabled  PARTICIPANTS: Slot 01/ Slot 02 DESCRIPTION: Kirigakure has recently been getting reported that green rain has been showing up in the forrest as of late. Reports have stated that the remains of bones have been found and based on those reports, they were killed by acid. A B rank rogue ninja from Amegakure has been causing trouble at the bridge, stopping cargo from coming in and out. they have request that two shinobi of B rank or higher take care of this issue.

The SNOWMAN DOCTOR MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIRED: yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled  PARTICIPANTS: Slot 01 // Slot 02 // Slot 03 DESCRIPTION: An A rank rogue Yukigakure shinobi has been causing trouble in Kirigakure territory. The rogue yukigakure shinobi uses white puppets that somewhat resemble snowmen from a far. It is stated that he has been capturing the residents and using them for various experiments. The Doctor also has two B rank allies as well.

- if these are c-rank shinobi this mission is no longer a c-rank mission it's at least a b-rank would require an NPC.
- what is the kirigakure forest?

- there are not food shortages in kirigakure, our economy is on a significant rise so this does not make sense
- once again if trained shinobi combat is involved this mission is no longer c-rank it is at least b-rank if not a-rank because these are nukenin.

- remove all mentions of sunagakure, this would require the approval of the kazekage and I'd rather not involve international incidents for a mission board

Please read mission rules first and diplomatic relations first. D and C-Rank missions do NOT have shinobi scale combat - the worst you come across generally is bandits. B-rank missions *might* but usually one or two lower ranking shinobi will be included. Please remove all mentions of villages involved. Nukenin are NOT generally scaled for these types of missions, that is usually a nukenin hunt and is a completely separate application which if that is what you want to do, please go read the requirements for that, it would not be a mission board. You also mention locations but aren't specific which seems to me that you did not read Mizu no kuni locations and didn't check out the interactive map that specifies them. To be specific about the 'food shortages' mission that tells me you did not read the current status of Kirigakure, which if you read Kirigakure History is doing quite well and would not in fact have food shortages. In general these missions need to not include other villages, and exemplify the current state of the village/country, please do more research and feel free to resubmit. They should be adding to the economy / worth of the village if you are going to be apping an entire board otherwise I recommend simply apping one-off missions for you to take on.

However there are plenty of mission boards to look at as well where you can consider taking on other missions. If that is your concern.
