NAME: Sumi to Chi - 墨 と 血 [Ink and Blood]

RANK: A

CHAKRA USAGE: Very High

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu

ELEMENT: Ink

HANDSEALS: Fifty

REQUIREMENT: Hachibi Jinchūriki, Shadow Clone Technique, Dedicated thread of creation

DESCRIPTION:
A type of cloning technique designed for infiltration, long-term investigation, and intense combat.
Inspired by and taking roots from the Shadow Clone Technique, Mikazuki has developed a clone that is, perhaps, the next step up in advancement. Two of her biggest gripes with the lesser technique are their low ceiling of durability and their limited chakra reserves. Shadow Clones possess only a fraction of their source's chakra--limiting their available sources with every additional splice. One good hit is enough to send them to oblivion, which means that even though they can replicate any technique their host had access to or even assist in training by gathering more intellect and experience--they are only good for dealing damage, not receiving it.
Always a fan of strategy and thinking ahead, this clone cannot be made in the heat of battle and must be prepared in advance due to the manner in which it is created.
Opposed to splitting her chakra in halves and segmenting them into clones so that they may each have access to the power they need in order to execute jutsu, Mikazuki, instead, pours all of her available chakra into a single ink copy of herself--just shy of being able to kill her from chakra loss. Because of this, the clone starts off with the same potential that its creator has, at the expense of the creator not being able to use any more of their chakra until it naturally regenerates.
The second primary difference between an Ink and Blood clone and a Shadow Clone is that this one can bleed. Hardening ink as an outer shell and filling it with ink and samples of blood, as a nearly perfect carbon copy of it's creator with a pumping heart and functioning organs, it will function almost identically to a human. This clone can take a hit and be inflicted with significant damage--like a human, it can heal moderate injuries over extensive periods of time. Like a human, it can bruise and break. Like a human, it can bleed out--though its blood is dark and inky. This gives the clone significantly more time to put in all of it's worth on the battlefield. Though, just like a human, any killing blows will destroy and disperse the clone upon impact or after exposed threat. Poison can kill this clone, as can bleeding out.
In many ways, the Ink and Blood Clone is almost the same as bringing in an exact copy of its creator to the set--with all of the added benefits that come from the understanding of Shadow Clones. Memories and experiences will transfer over to the creator upon it's death--if the clone was tired, that weariness will transfer over. If the clone was injured upon death--while those injuries will not transfer back to the host, the pain of the experience certainly will, which can be crippling if caught off-guard. Unlike Shadow Clones, only one of these clones can exist at one time, due to how difficult they are to create and the risk of multiple being killed off at once being too dangerous to consider.
The primary differences between the clone and the creator are that the clone cannot regenerate its own chakra--once it's chakra is spent, it needs to be replenished from its host source. Simultaneously, while this clone has access to all of the same techniques and abilities that its creator does--even including special techniques such as those within the ink techniques--it does not have access to any of the tailed forms, as there is no bijū sealed within it to draw power from. While this clone has the baseline chakra of a jinchūriki--the ink nature, the signature, and the massive reserves--it is not the same as one.
Simultaneously, while this clone can persist for months or even years without being destroyed--should the environment allow for it--any techniques, skills, or abilities that the clone learns or gathers experience toward will not transfer to the host until the clone has died. And, likewise, any new techniques or abilities that the creator learns after making the clone do not transfer over to the clone at all. To update it's knowledge and abilities, it must be destroyed and start anew from the creator's new, progressed state.

NOTE: It should be noted that because Mikazuki was the one who designed this ability, any future users of this technique will have to have learned it ICly from either Gyuuki or an Amegakure shinobi who would have had knowledge of her personal techniques

NAME: Fū no Shi [Death Seal]

RANK: C

CHAKRA USAGE: Medium

CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu

ELEMENT: N/A

HANDSEALS: One

REQUIREMENT: N/A

DESCRIPTION:
A simple, yet effective seal. Marking ink into one's skin, the user will create a seal that is permanently placed and cannot be removed after creation--usually located around the neck, over the heart, or perhaps the forehead. Pouring chakra into the mark, the seal is completed. When the user so decides to activate the seal, they will perform a single hand sign--which will detonate the seal like a bomb, instantly killing the person it is placed upon. Assuming that a direct explosion would cause fatal harm to wherever the seal was placed, of course.

NAME: Musuba reta Tamashī [Soul Tied]

RANK: A

CHAKRA USAGE: High Creation, Varied Drain (None - Very High)

CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu

ELEMENT: All Present Element Natures

HANDSEALS: Fifteen

REQUIREMENT: Chakra Compatibilities

DESCRIPTION:
This seal is simple in function, but complex in design. Performing several hand signs before beginning, the user will create a seal on a participating target, etching the complicated sigils into the skin where they cannot be easily erased or removed. The user will then create a matching seal for themselves in the same placement.
Once the seals are placed, the two individuals can pour their chakra into the seals and transfer the energy over to the bonded seal between them even after they have separated, essentially transferring chakra from one person to the other. Like a blood transfusion, any chakra to be gained is chakra to be lost, and the chakra must be of the same nature for it to be of any affect.

Sumi to Chi - 墨 と 血 [Ink and Blood]: Off the bat, this reads as a much better version of the SA&W Splitting Technique, with the only notable difference being that it requires a dedicated thread to prepare in advance; it has none of the other drawbacks. Given that Splitting Technique is a limited technique due to its strength, I don't think Ink & Blood is approvable in this form. If you want to app Hachibi-themed shadow clones I think that's a very interesting and fun thing to do, but it would need to be more in line with something like these, or the clones that other advanced release clans tend to have on their tech lists.

Fū no Shi [Death Seal]: An instant-kill seal is much, much too powerful for a C-rank technique. Jutsu guidelines recommend that C-rank techs tend to cause injury but not permanent damage, and can only kill under very specific circumstances. The explosive effect of this is also concerning to me, since that could functionally make the person the seal is placed on a suicide bomb, and frankly you could achieve the same effect but much better by slapping an explosive note on a shadow clone. If the goal is kind & dignified assisted suicide, then it should at the minimum be an A-rank, have a high cost, no AOE explosive effect, and require OOC player consent to perform. If the goal is a suicide bomb technique, then I honestly think that the explosive seal technique is already accomplishing the same thing.

Keep in mind also that personal techniques are supposed to be heavily flawed.

Musuba reta Tamashī [Soul Tied]: I believe this would fall under the banner of Chakra Absorption, which is unfortunately on the banned list. In general we tend to avoid techniques that involve chakra transference because of how uniquely powerful they are, especially when one of the transferring parties has a Bijuu's reserves.

The only exceptions that come to mind are the medical technique Life Bond, which is locked behind the mednin spec and intended purely for emergency response in cases of chakra exhaustion; and its follow up Heal Bite, which functions in a similar way, but is locked behind chakra control and very rapidly depletes the user's chakra reserves.

If you wanted to do something along these lines, what might be possible is something like the D&D spell Warding Bond; a high-rank, high-cost seal that links the user's vitality to that of the sealed person's, making sealee somewhat more durable but causing the user to take the same damage. Exactly how viable a tech like that would be, I'm not entirely certain, but it could be an option!
