PARTICIPANTS: Wahei and Hyūga Asuka DESCRIPTION: Rumors about some unknown prophet spreading votes of revolution against the current system regime in some smaller impoverished communities has grown and spread throughout one of the main counties in Hi no Kuni. What first started as smaller group of protesters has grew into more often manifestations and frequently minor acts of vandalism leaded by a local militia that started to give the local authorities trouble and concern on how to handle the situation. A team has been assigned to restore the order by any means necessary.

PARTICIPANTS: Wahei and Yamanaka Tomomi DESCRIPTION: Albeit the constant efforts of Leaf teams on containing the strikes that are even more sprouting within strategic communities in the heart of Hi no Kuni, a series of patterns and leads during the investigations revealed that the this strikes were actually a single shinobi work. Probably a nukenin or someone infiltrated in the depths of the local community. Or maybe some lunatic trying to spread chaos and mayhem. Therefore, a special team was assigned to identify and kill the one pulling out the strings.

PARTICIPANTS: Wahei and Hyūga Shigure DESCRIPTION: In spite to what was originally thought, the riots weren't work of a single but a group of shinobi operating isolated and replicating their method across the country. Now they had not only managed to strike protest in the heart of the village but at the most strategic community as well, cause the regular commercial traffic to stop even in the port as well in the most important trade zones of the country. Beyond identifying and killing those real responsible for the revolution menace, the group mission is to find the real mastermind behind these wicked plan once for all, before more and more riots starts to strike and the Leaf lost control over the situation. During the mission, the group might assess if they need reinforce to complete the task.
