As he slowly opened his eyes, he took in the sight of his well-decorated room, which was largely unchanged from before and filled with all of his possessions. He had been too exhausted to notice it the day before, but now that he was more awake, he resolved to explore the house a little more later.

As he made his way down the hallway, he noticed that the sky outside was turning a soft shade of orange, signaling the sunrise. "What a stunning view..." It wasn't that he was accustomed to sleeping in during his missions; in fact, he often went without rest altogether. It was simply that he never had the luxury of appreciating the natural beauty around him during his missions. Taking a few moments to bask in the scenery outside his window, Shō then continued on to the bathroom.

As she moved closer, she scanned her surroundings, hoping to catch a glimpse of him if he hadn't concealed himself completely. However, she knew it was unlikely. Shō, being a skilled shinobi, wouldn't make such a mistake. At least, that's what she hoped. She thought to herself as she approached the location.

Lowering herself closer to the ground, she pressed her palms against the rough dirt beneath them. Her plan was to sense any lingering traces of chakra he might have left behind in order to get a sense of his direction. Since her brother could have moved in any direction, An had to divide her chakra evenly or focus on one direction at a time. Chakra tracing, dealing with multiple targets, and maintaining chakra over a large area were skills she had yet to master. Nevertheless, she gave it her all, and after several failed attempts, she detected a faint trace of chakra on a nearby root. Taking small steps and proceeding cautiously seemed to be the best approach for the young kunoichi.

"I hope I'm right," she whispered to herself as she headed in the direction where Shō might be hiding. One thing was certain: he wasn't on the ground or at the immediate ground level. An took a moment to realize something. Could he be perched on a tree? It seemed like a plausible explanation, so she started paying attention to the treetops. And then, she spotted him! "FOUND YOU!" she exclaimed, pointing her little finger at her brother, concealed deep within the green foliage.
