This smoke clings to the target's head and face, forcing them to inhale. At the end of the opponent's post, the smoke will dissipate. This jutsu is a set-up technique, typically followed up by succeeding genjutsu.

Yowaseru Chuko [Secondhand Intoxication]
- If this is a D-Rank it should be easily blown away and therefore there should be no "forcing to inhale" if you wish for it to have this much potency where it's not even possible to simply pull out of the smoke w/o inhaling then make it at least a B-Rank.

Kemuri Bunshin [Smoke Clone]
- Specify if the attacks against clones have a chance of passing through, then these clones also do not deal much damage at all when attacking / have a chance of passing through the opponent.
- A 2 meter fog is not a lot, so really any substantial gust of wind should be able to blow it away so I really wouldn't limit it to rank but rather a "gust of wind" wording.

Enmu: Yōyūsonaka [Smoke Haze: Melting on the Inside]
- So then they must see the hand seal but if they are stuck inside of the smoke how will they see it? Specify please. Because if the implication is they inhale smoke and then it can be utilized at any point after then the secondhand intoxication needs a rank bump-up regardless of what I said + rotational limit before genjutsu no longer work.

- This is at least a A to B rank if it is completely incapacitated someone's ability to *mold chakra or use a weapon*. This is basically like completely incapacitating someone entirely and opens them up to being killed immediately after.

A? and what's a good rotation limit for something like this? my immediate thought for an A rank would be maybe 3 rotations to cast the genjutsu after setup, and effects last 4-6? rotations

- If these are tied to the Yowaseru Chuko [Secondhand Intoxication] technique then the requirement for these jutsu should list that. Mostly because that specific technique must be used and then *dissipate* for the target to be able to see the trigger hand seal of the two genjutsu in question. This is not simply a case of "I do one hand seal and this activates" the target must see the hand seal.
- I would say you have three rotations after they inhale to get them to see a hand seal to trigger the sensation.
- Effects lasting 2 posts/rotations as you have it written is fine.
- Bump rank on both to B-Rank.

- Same as above please add that you have two rotations to activate after inhalation (this is because this is a C-Rank so it should have less range).
