Although she's feeling pretty good about having learned this specific technique she'd learned with the help of the younger Ataru, as well as teaching him the technique, Raika has to agree that perhaps they should try it out after a little rest. Perhaps it would even be a full spar! She'd heard a rumor that Ataru himself had actually signed up for the Chuunin Exams just like she had, and she wanted to see if he was going to be safe during the exams. Just to make sure, she wanted to see if he'd be able to outlast her in a fight, as she remembers being warned that one of several things that the exams would cover is their endurance. Raika at least had control over her chakra down pretty well, and she had pure Taijutsu to fall back on if she needed to, but like a mother hen, she worried after the much younger boy. It didn't help that he'd called her his sensei twice now, which definitely tugged at her heartstrings. While Raika knew that her romantic persuasion almost certainly assured that she would never have children of her own, she still felt that she would have liked to have a child like Ataru for a son. At least he was sensible enough to know that he was feeling a bit tired out from the physical exertion of training a technique, so she wouldn't push too hard for sparring today; she was rather relieved that he was thinking ahead. "All right, tomorrow it is!" With that, she waves after him, beaming a bright proud smile after him as he rushes off home, then realizes that she's standing right next to the evidence of something she shouldn't have done, and she quickly runs back to the Hyuuga compound herself. by Pinn @ THQ |
