Despite what she had said to Kouki, Mei had no intention of going all out on the young Genin; even with his limited control over the Yonbi’s chakra, if she hit him with a full force punch it would likely snap the poor boy’s spine in several different places. So as the boy concentrated, slowly drawing out the power of the Yonbi, the white-haired Hanchou did two things; the first was to form three hand seals, coating her arms and legs in a layer of Hyouton chakra that rapidly separated into segmented plates, not unlike scales, that encased her limbs in a set of frozen claws. The second was to take a simple, open stance, left arm in front of the right, body turned slightly to the side so as to present a smaller profile for the boy to attack.
"If you insist on allowing me to take the first move…" The Yuki woman said, noting the chakra coating Kouki’s limbs in a mirror of her own technique, her ice blue gaze narrowing a fraction of an inch as she took in a single, slow breath… and exploded forwards, not at full speed but far faster than anyone the boy would have ever fought against, somewhere around high Chuunin level. Her left arm cocked back as she hurtled towards the boy, holding in a defensive position while her right coiled forward in time with her steps so that, by the time she was within striking distance, her entire frame was turning with the attack, right foot leading as she pivoted with her hips and
threw a straight punch right at the boy’s open collarbone, fingers bunched together into single, spear-like missile.
If the blow hit, Kouki would find himself pierced through, the sheer strength behind the stab enough to puncture not only his skin muscle, but the bone beneath it as well; this, however, was the least of his worries, as the
cold of her Hyouton chakra would be enough to inflict frostbite on contact, numbing his limbs and making it harder for him to react to any follow up strikes.

NAME: Hyōryuton: Hyōryu no Hasami [Ice Dragon Style: Claws of the Ice Dragon]
RANK: B
CHAKRA USAGE: Medium activation cost (Low to maintain)
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu.
ELEMENT: Hyōton
HANDSEALS: Three
PREREQUISITES: Ninjutsu Primary Specialization, Enhanced Chakra Control (or like SA)
TRIGGER: N/a
DESCRIPTION: A technique developed by Mei Rowan (ala Yuki) during her travels with her father, Hyōryu no Hasami is a technique that requires very little skill to learn but can take years to master. By pooling raw Hyōton chakra around their hands/feet, the user is able to form a thin but durable layer of ice that, when properly formed, takes on the appearance of a set of draconic claws. These claws can be used during Taijutsu exchanges, essentially creating two to four highly mobile, extremely sharp appendages that both extend the range of the user’s attacks (though only by a few inches), greatly enhance their deadliness, turning what would be strong blunt strike into a devastating piercing/slashing blow, and allow the user to ice over whatever area of their opponent’s body they hit, similar to a case of major frostbite.
It should be noted that the strength of this technique is set; no matter who uses it it, be a fresh Genin or a grizzled Jounin, the claws will only be capable of piercing/cutting through softer rock/ground, and cannot be used to cut through metal or harder objects.

SA's
Ice Dragon’s Birthright [Yuki KKG SA]
From a young age, Mei has exhibited an unusual, almost intuitive grasp of Hyōton Ninjutsu; capable of channeling Fuuton and Suiton together almost instinctively, the woman molds the two chakra natures together to form the Yuki clan’s signature Kekkei Genkai. With this she not only has access to her own, personal brand of Hyōton techniques (dubbed "Hyōryuton”), but also the bevy and breadth of the Yuki Clan Bloodlimit, allowing her to summon ice and manipulate temperatures with inhuman, machine-like precision.
Ice Dragon’s Wings [Hand Seal Speed SA]
The difference between life and death in a battle between Shinobi can often be measured in moments, and many times these moments are found in who can perform a jutsu first, Knowing this, Mei has spent years of her life learning to perform hand seals as quickly and fluidly as possible and, as such, is able to form and utilize hand seals far faster than others of her rank or specialization, giving her that extra edge in combat.
Ice Dragon’s Control [Chakra Control SA]
Having spent the better part of thirty years training to master her chakra, Mei has reached a level of skill with manipulating her chakra that few, if any, ever reach. Capable of spewing out massive, earth shattering Ninjutsu without breaking a sweat or channeling her energy down to an almost cellular level, the Kunoichi is as deadly as she is efficient, using exactly enough power to get the job done- and not a single drop more.
Ice Dragon’s Claws [Taijutsu Mastery SA]
Decades of life as a Shinobi has given Mei plenty of time to refine her skills, particularly those revolving around the ever present art of Taijutsu; decades of brutal fights against every kind of opponent imaginable have gifted the woman with not only her own, personal style of Taijutsu, but an in-depth, personal knowledge of nearly all forms of hand-to-hand, close quarters combat. This knowledge, combined with her absolute mastery over her chakra and incredible physical discipline, means that she is capable of performing high-level Taijutsu techniques without expending near as much energy as others would, granting her an edge in fights that allows her to outlast opponents.
Ice Dragon’s Strength [Strength SA]
Though almost forty years of insane weight training, sparring, and and life-or-death combat against superior opponents, Mei has honed her physical body to such a degree that she is beyond normal human capabilities; her strikes hit harder, her muscles lift more, and her body is capable of producing more force in less space (and with less energy) than most anyone on the planet. Her raw strength is so great that she can easily shatter marble and bend a solid bar of iron, unaided by heat, without much difficulty, let alone what she can accomplish when her attacks are enhanced by Ninjutsu.
Ice Dragon’s Speed [Speed SA]
After countless years of practice, Mei has honed her physical form to such a degree that she is capable of far more than than any normal human; having focused on her ability to move throughout the battlefield from a young age, the woman has forced herself past all known limits in order to become a true, terrifying monster of speed and power. Her strikes come quicker, her body runs faster, and her reflexes are much sharper than most anyone, enough so that she can easily outpace most Shinobi of similar rank in terms of raw speed.
