Nashida watches as her steel clone tries to aim a punch at Jun, though the strike is clumsy, as the other Genin moves in as though to strike at the clone. Nashida herself had never really trained much for physical combat, and it shows in the inelegant attack it tries to hit Jun with. Jun's own training likely surpassed Nashida's own combat experience, and is proven when Jun manages to twist around her in order to throw a palm strike at the clone's back, which causes the hidden blade to extend through the thin steel of the clone's back, an attack that deals enough damage to the clone to make it return to plain steel, rather than being somewhat alive. As Jun withdraws her fumei ha, the steel homunculus falls over into the snow, its stance heavily imbalanced when stuck in its position.
Still, she feels quite proud of the effect of the weapon they'd crafted together, and she agrees with Jun's assessment with a simple nod of pleasure. She withdraws the steel from the clone and forms another, though this one now takes the first attack, rushing directly towards Jun with its arms outstretched as though planning to strangle the other Genin. Of course, should Jun find herself overwhelmed by the sheer size and weight of this clone, it wouldn't actually continue its assault; Nashida didn't want to actually hurt her lover, after all, but she also thought it quite likely that Jun would be able to handle being on the defensive with the hidden weapon as well. She seemed quite skilled to Nashida, and she wonders if this was how the Fuuinjutsu specialist had felt upon seeing the blonde woman working in her forge to make this same hidden blade with her assistance. She thought it was quite likely.
