He has a strong physique that reveals that he is physically active in such a way that showcases that he has a smidgen of physical strength. Though it is clear to anyone well trained in martial arts that his muscles are clearly sculpted more for show and less for power. This being said, however, there is potential in such physicality and he has that on display in his biceps and quads. His skin is a mixture of his parent’s combined melanin, giving him a light brown coloration. Due to his father having typical dark brown skin and his mother having salmon skin. He is a tall individual, though he does not stand in the manner of someone who would be reliant on their brawn, having a posture of a pompous, arrogant, fop.
That being said, he has his mother’s facial features, auburn hair and her eyes. Which indicates that he has heterochromia, with one blue eye and one brown. He has a feminine face though he has a strong jawline to balance this out. Giving him a beautiful/handsome appearance, at least in regards to first impressions. He doesn’t seem to have any marks or blemishes on his face whatsoever and his soft life assured him that he has no marks on his body either. Though that will change. He wears his hair typically in a long ponytail, or he pins it so that it doesn’t get in his way.
Having inherited his family's onsen, and then promptly selling it in order to move to Kumogakure no Sato, the apparel Bando wears is rather opulent. Reflective of his past as a merchant. He wears a shawl over his shoulders that is a dark forest green in color, with golden inlays adorning it completely. With a long sash that comes down his left shoulder and hangs with a golden symbol on it. He typically wears long cream or beige shinobi pants, with the typical sandals that a shinobi would wear as well. As his only gaudiness on his entire person seems to be on his upper body.
Though he does have an assortment of rings and jewelry, they are not carried on him when he goes out on missions due to how dangerous they would be in the long run.
PERSONALITY NINDO: "I aim to succeed no matter the cost.”
Outwardly, many mistake his confidence in his own skills to be arrogance, but this is hardly the case. He is completely aware of the fact that he has come into the ninja academy at an older age and it is a fact that continues to gnaw away at him. He doesn't seem to allow himself to succumb to anger often, and even in the face of adversity he seems to always keep a smile on his face. He is not immune to feeling emotions of anger and sadness, but he does find them to be counterproductive in the long haul so he tries to avoid showing it on his face if he can. Even if it is something that is in his head at any given time.
Inwardly, he is not a negative person, oftentimes he tries to find the bright side of any situation but because of the manner in which he carries himself it makes him sound diluted. This of course is a double-edged sword, as many would find him to be the kind of guy who is compensating for his inadequacy through his pampered appearance and physical demeanor. But these are just reflections of what he believes a proper ninja would care about. At least when it comes to how his body looks. Wearing makeup and whatnot is more just a reflection of his own personal style.
In terms of his allies, he is the kind of person that understands his own limitations and therefore seeks out individuals who he can work with to compensate for those weaknesses. It is the only time that he finds himself being comfortable relying on others, especially since he had to rely on himself growing up and even more so since he knows that he is generally the older individual in any given group. He's not adverse to taking orders because it has always been his dream to be a part of the military, and he understands that ranks are very important in the ninja world. He would not mind being under the command of someone younger, because he is well aware that age does not factor into your placement within the ninja world..
In terms of enemies, potential or otherwise, He doesn't Harbor any particular opinions one way or the other. He is understanding that one day he will have to take a life, he just hopes that that day is not coming soon. As a result he doesn't have any specific views when it comes to the other villages or any of the other military factions on the planet. His nindo takes form whenever he faces adversity on a scale that is beyond his own limitations, much like other ninja, but due to his severe lack of skill in many areas he tends to follow his creed more often than not. He just wants to prove that he can be useful, because oftentimes he feels as though he isn't.
HISTORY Despite being born into wealth, Shishimonji Bando pushed himself at a young age to be actively involved in the day-to-day business of running his father's day spa. This due to the fact that his father, Isamu, was very adamant about Bando never being allowed to go become a ninja like the men he idolized around the village of Magamachi. Because so many shinobi spent their time off in the onsen, Bando had a lot of exposure to those individuals. oftentimes hearing their stories about certain missions that they were allowed to talk about.
He would bug them routinely to show off their chakra natures, and he even discovered that he had one of his own when one of the men gave him a paper, called an ‘Chakra Induction Paper’. Holding onto the paper and pouring his chakra in, it reacted to his chakra type, wrinkling and revealing that Bando had the lightning nature. Much to his father’s dismay. As punishment for disobeying his father’s wishes, he was made to clean the floors all night long. But Bando didn’t care. He just enjoyed knowing that he had the potential to be a shinobi.
But of course, that time never came. He would spend the majority of his youth mopping the floors and shining the countertops. bringing those who visited the Onsen whatever they needed to feel comfortable, and taking the dirty robes and towels outside to be washed and hung up. Over time he became two people. A hard-working janitor at his father’s spa during the day, and a spoiled brat at night. Not that he wanted to be, but his father did not like the idea of his son being viewed as a worker in front of his friends. So he often bought him various gifts and found jewelry that he dressed the young man up and to show off his own success and wealth.
Isamu was not a bad man, but Bando did not look up to his father at all. But as with all things, dreams tend to lessen with time. The older one gets, the farther away their dreams tend to go. For this reason, Bando decided to engage himself more into his father’s chosen lifestyle. Much to his mother’s chagrin. But things were fine for the most part. He would spend a lot of his freetime meeting up with some of the shinobi that were stationed in the blue mountains whenever they had time off. They would show him the bare minimum at the very least, due to the bonds he forged with them.
That bare minimum being simply how to throw a rock accurately. Day in and day out, whenever he got the freetime, he would be out there throwing rocks. And he had been doing so since he was old enough to be cognitive to understand what they asked of him. It was the one thing that he did of his own accord, growing stronger physically from all the day labor, but keeping himself refined due to the duality between his days and nights. Ultimately, coalescing into a fine routine that he hardly ever broke away from. Less it was to entertain the attention of his own friends or not.
But one day, his mother had left, he was only fifteen at the time, and this sent his father down a spiral that he would simply not recover from. The man would gamble away their fortunes, whittling down the house until it was little more than just a manor and the onsen itself. This tragic incident had little bearing on Bando outwardly, though he was not callous enough a person to feel no sympathy for his overbearing father. He understood both why his mother ran off with a lover and why his father would spiral into depression. He decided to move out and live with a family friend, who was a Chuunin, Kogadori Mazato, assigned to the village.
When he was sixteen, however, he decided enough was enough. He did not allow those events to define his own life. He used the money he had saved up from working for his father to bail him out, ultimately buying the onsen from his father, with the help of Mazato and then flipping it for a rather nice profit from a rival owner within the village. He’d pack up all of his belongings, take his money with him, and then would head out of Magamachi for the first time. Making his way to Kumogakure no Sato so that he could live his own life, not burdened with taking after his self-destructive father or worrying about the whereabouts of his missing mother. Whom he assumed was thriving.
It was not a long journey, as it would take him a few weeks of travel before getting there due to needing to take odd jobs just to afford to put meals in his belly. Though Mazato was there to aid him and to help him get sorted in the village proper. He managed to put enough money down to get himself some clothing befitting his lineage, a nice apartment in a cheaper part of the village itself and he finally made his way into the academy. Now, several years at the academy later, it is time to finally achieve his dream. So long as he doesn’t choke. FIGHTING STYLE Due to his limited training in terms of martial arts, he is only capable of throwing rudimentary punches and kicks. Just like any unskilled combatant he is capable of grabbing and throwing, Blended the aid of his large size and his strong core. It is very clear however that he has potential when it comes to hand-to-hand fighting, but at the present moment it is not anything to write home about.
In addition, it appears as though his only true claim to fame at this moment is how accurate he happens to be with throwing weapons. He seems to be capable of hitting targets that are in motion with his weapons as though he has practiced it. Which, of course, he has. He doesn't seem to have any particular talent for any of the other types of weapons within the ninja arsenal, such as ninjutsu and genjutsu. Despite this, it would be clear to his instructors that his fighting style is a combination of keeping enemies at Bay from a distance and then handling them with hand-to-hand combat should they close the gap.

He has gained a third sense for his aiming skills when it comes to ranged weaponry. This being due to his many years of throwing a random assortment of objects of various weights and sizes often. Tossing them towards different targets at varying angles of trajectory within a wide variety of different weather conditions. This means that outside of unnatural interruptions (his opponents deliberately doing something to his thrown object or to him), his throws are always accurate to the target, regardless of natural weather conditions.
