A technique of both simplicity and complexity, it is also one of the most pretty, yet fearsome, attacks within the [Fallen Sakura] technique tree. Focusing upon the link already left by the user’s chakra drain with the existing [Lightning Release] petals, the user will cause the petals to rise up and rapidly create a spinning sphere of razor-sharp petals around the user. Maintaining a constant flow of chakra, the petals will be hardened and will resist attacks, allowing the sphere-like barrier to sustain great amounts of damage.

Contrary to its wall-shield counterpart, this technique also employs the sharpness of each petal stemming from the Raiton: San'o Ken [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Sword]. As a result, this technique is an excellent deterrent any close-range physical attackers, and can even shear down physical Ninjutsu of similar strength, leaving the user unharmed. Naturally, due to the nature of this technique, the user is unable to move as long as this technique is active.

A variation of the [Shadow Clone Technique], the user can create a varying amount of clones made of existing [Lightning Release] petals that are able to use any techniques the user knows, including any [Fallen Sakura] techniques. When destroyed, a clone disperses into a flurry of razor-sharp petals before settling, as well as any new knowledge or unused chakra returning to the user.

Manipulating existing [Lightning Release] petals, the user will cause the petals to rapidly ascend into the air, twisting and turning until it has formulated an Eastern dragon thirty meters [30m] long and five meters [5m] thick. The dragons created can fly and attack from a high vantage point with talons and teeth sharp enough to slicing through flesh and bone with ease, and even leave gashes in stone.

The dragons are made of constantly churning and shifting [Lightning Release] petals, meaning it is incredibly difficult to wound meaningfully as long as the user provides chakra, as well as allowing it to reform as if it were sands filling the gaps in an hourglass. The creatures are quite fast, able to move with speed and agility equivalent to a Jonin Taijutsu secondary specialist.

It's offensive capabilities are immense, with incredibly powerful legs, each equipped with talons that are strong enough to splinter wood, crush and rend stone, and pulverize steel. By performing the seal of confrontation, the user can cause any number of dragons to spew a "breath" attack composed of razor-sharp petals capable of shearing through stone with ease.

DESCRIPTION:
After performing the needed hand seals, the user pushes all existing [Lightning Release] petals created by the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura] technique outward in a dome shape five meters [5m] in diameter. Each petal, coated in chakra and possessing an edge that is hard and very sharp as a standard kunai, is sent skyward.

After ascending into the sky, the petals will descend with shocking speeds - akin to senbon thrown by Jonin primary Bukijutsu specialist - falling in a fifty meter [50m] radius around the user. Due to vast numbers, petals will already have started falling before all of them have been lifted from the ground. Thus, an opponent can be struck twice by the technique if the opponent isn't careful.

Due to the petals being controlled by the user's chakra on a very minor level, they are incapable of being harmed by their own casting of this technique, as long as they hold the 'Rabbit' seal.

DESCRIPTION:
The second stage of the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Sword] technique, it is one that is mainly used to counter multiple opponents. Utilizing their connection with the existing [Lightning Release] petals around them, the user will spread more [Lightning Rleease] chakra about a great deal of petals.

These petals will fly out and touch other petals, which will cause their petals to break apart and fly about, touching other petals and causing the same reaction. Within a short moment. An immense number of small petals will be floating around the user. Performing the seal of confrontation, the numerous petals will rise into the air, condensing themselves into a number of swords akin to the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Sword] technique.

Due to the chakra connection between the user and the petals, the user may control these blades with motions from his or her hand(s) and fingers.
