Body: Short, pink hair cut in a rough "tomboyish" style. Dark green eyes. Light skin. Short statue with an athletic, healthy frame due to physical activity most of their life. Rough callouses on fingertips due to constant training and practice with weaponry, and light scarring across her fingers from cutting herself with a multitude of ninja tools and weapons. Large bust that she laments regularly.
Clothing: A pair of goggles atop her head that resemble cat ears. Yellow scarf worn around the neck with a cherry blossom on it. Forehead protector worn on the forehead and most of the time a little dirty no matter how much she tries to clean it. Red colored croptop with white trim worn on the torso over fishnet that reaches just below her stomach. Yellow colored sash of the same material and color as the one around her neck worn just below her chest to keep her top on. Light brown belt worn around the waist that keeps on a red colored skirt with white trim that matches her top. Black spandex worn around her waist that extends to her ankles. White socks and black shoes, both ninja typical, worn on her feet. Socks held down by a thin brown rope worn in a crisscross pattern. Red gloves with white trim worn on the hands, open fingered and reaching to her forearm.
Equipment: Notepad of Exploding Tags pinned to her uppermost sash. Two pouches worn strapped to her brown belt. Two thigh holsters per thigh worn attached to a small belt wrapped around each thigh. Two belt loops are sewn on the inside of Miyako's top with two sheaths containing her Kobun blades inside. Right thigh also has a scroll holster on it.
PERSONALITY NINDO: To become a heroine of justice, saving the world and defending the weak.
+ Genki: Energetic. Cheerful. Such words describe who Miyako is before you’ve even properly gotten to know her. If there’s one thing she always has in spades, it’s energy. She’s an extrovert of the highest order and an over-the-top conversationalist. This energy and the almost masculine nature of her voice shows that Miyako is most definitely someone who falls into the "tomboy” category. If she doesn’t have a smile or a smirk plastered on her face, then there is definitely something wrong going on.
+ Tomboy: Make-up, dolls, and those kinds of things never interested Miyako and she was never the type to engage in them. Instead she enjoys things like sparring, training with weapons she’s never used before or perfecting the use of the ones she has, and keeping herself athletic. She’s able to talk about some of the most hardcore subjects with a straight face, and doesn’t mind getting a little or a lot dirty if she absolutely has to… or whatever is the most fun.
+ Charisma: On top of being exceptionally courageous Miyako is capable of inspiring others around her to reach that same level of courage, boasting an impressive and aggressive charisma. This also allows Miyako to win people over to her side as that very charisma enables her to be persuasive. As well, Miyako is capable of bringing others who are more introverted out of their shell, her charisma once having been described as "infectious."
- Pride: Miyako’s biggest flaw. Though she aims to be a hero and to help people, she can also be fairly boastful and arrogant when the situation calls for it. The very idea that she can help everyone who is in trouble assumes that they cannot help themselves, which can make Miyako appear to be a know-it-all and a tough person to be around. Miyako also tends to be fairly pushy and try to budge her way into people’s problems without getting the full scope of things first, which can make her more of a detriment than a boon.
- Sensitive: While Miyako’s willpower isn’t particularly weak, she takes the blows of failure a lot stronger than anyone else she knows. She has to be the strongest, has to be the best, and she can’t let anyone she views as a villain succeed. Losing a spar to a friend would still be a learning experience, so it’s not as liable to upset Miyako as it is the failure of a mission. She’s sensitive to criticism as well, hiding her true feelings about it so as not to upset anyone else but mulling over it when she’s alone and potentially even being brought to tears.
- Stubborn: When Miyako has set her sights upon something, she’ll do whatever it takes to achieve it and can’t be swayed… which can be just as negative as it can be positive. Being someone who believes she always knows what’s best Miyako can get downright aggressive if someone isn’t willing to budge, ironic and hypocritical and something the young girl definitely needs to try her best to work out. She also isn’t the most tolerant of human beings and can be quick to anger, especially when it comes to "villains.”
HISTORY Early: Miyako is not someone with a tragic backstory. No dead relatives, no becoming of a child soldier or any siblings that betrayed her family. Instead Miyako was born to parents Minako and Kaito. Before they became expecting parents Minako and Kaito were a kunoichi/shinobi pair who had served their country well, Minako being a Fuuinjutsu specialist while Kaito was a Bukijutsu specialist. Growing up as an only child Minako was given a great deal of love and care but showed an intense interest in the lives of her parents. Even in her early years Miyako was a tomboy, getting caught with, and promptly scolded over, her father’s Kobun blades. Realizing her interest her parents decided to swap out her traditional bedtime stories for tales from their lives, enamoring Miyako. Combine that with a lot of the books in the house and Miyako realized her ambition of wanting to be a hero very early. As was typical for many young children of Konoha Miyako enthusiastically agreed to become a student at Konoha’s Academy.
Academy Student: Boasting the same personality she has today Miyako made fast friends in the Academy, showing a talent for the fields of Bukijutsu and Fuuinjutsu due to her parentage but not quite slacking in the other areas either. Her claims of wanting to be a hero were mocked by a handful of bullies but they didn’t deter Miyako any, they just got her suspended more than a few times due to getting physical with them. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer Miyako was a later bloomer than many because of her grades but eventually she was able to graduate from the Academy, despite trials and tribulations. Upon graduating and becoming a full fledged Genin Miyako began to undergo training not just on a Genin team but also from both of her parents. Despite age they were able to tutor Miyako in the usage of ninja tools and sealing abilities, most especially the use of Kaito’s blades which he gifted to Miyako. The goggles she wears and the unique cherry blossom branded scarf were also gifts from her parents, specifically her mother.
Genin: Though a highly capable kunoichi, Miyako did not play nicely when it came to the field of teamwork. She did her best and was as friendly as you could imagine, but her innate stubbornness combined with her arrogance of trying to do everything herself like a true hero made the team of three fail more missions than complete them. Naturally this made Miyako fairly upset, but lamenting over it for too long just wasn’t in the cards. Instead she began to be more open and flexible, and would end up completing more and more missions with her team while also trying her best to get better and better at her abilities. Eventually the time came for the Chuunin Exams and Miyako, hyped, was ready to compete alongside her teammates.
Chuunin Exams: As hyped as Miyako was, however, things would not be easy. She faced many trials and tribulations during the exams and slipped up in many areas. In fact, things were so bad for her that she nearly failed the written exams. Trying to put this behind her, Miyako prepared to face off against the other Genin in the Tournament portion, and though she got through the first round she was eliminated in the second round due to her opponent specializing in one area while she specialized in two. Worse than that they specialized in the usage of not only Bukijutsu but a blade, making Miyako feel completely and utterly worthless. This failure took a heavy toll on Miyako.
Advanced Genin: For a good bit of time Miyako focused herself solely on missions in which she could do them on her own and succeed. Though she began to exhibit enough success to help her get out of that funk, something felt wrong. She felt empty, like she belonged on a team. It was then that she realized, no doubt also due to the help of her parents’ tutelage, that what she missed wasn’t so much the essence of being on a team as it was the innate teamwork that came with it. Deciding that she wanted to try again Miyako was once again placed on a new Genin team and it was from here that she began to skyrocket in experience, becoming an advanced individual with the rank.
Present: As of the present day Miyako continues to do her best and grow, waiting for the next opportunity to be able to join the Chuunin Exams and graduate. She has also been placed on a new team due to some unforeseen circumstances but does not intend to let that deter her, ready to meet any new teammates she might have as well as try her best to impress the new sensei with the new skills she has gained and a much more fiery temperament.
FIGHTING STYLE Demeanor: When engaged in combat, Miyako’s personality perhaps becomes the most extreme it can be. She’s a loud and aggressive fighter, not one prone to stealth as she aims to be a heroine and someone that defends the weak. She’s also exceptionally arrogant and boastful and tends to release a great number of sarcastic and smug comments while engaged in battle. Though this is part of her genuine personality it also serves to potentially throw opponents off their game, a benefit she doesn’t even realize she has.
Specialties: Specializing primarily in the field of Bukijutsu due to her dad Miyako has a great deal of knowledge and utilizes many different ninja tools dependent on the range of her opponent. For long range opponents Miyako ordinarily relies on weapons that can be thrown. For mid and short range opponents Miyako wields her father’s Kobun blades. Miyako’s secondary talents lie in the field of Fuuinjutsu, most often utilizing the paper tags she has in a notepad that rests at the side of her lower body for a variety of purposes dependent on the jutsu and the situation.
Weaknesses: Versatile enough to be capable at any range, Miyako has a great number of strengths yet is not without her weaknesses. Most notably whether using Fuuinjutsu or Bukijutsu, Miyako is a weapons specialist. This leaves her inhibited greatly if she does not have access to her required equipment. Miyako is also only as durable as your standard athletic human being, and is equally only as strong without any kind of buffs. She does not know any Taijutsu abilities at present, can be outdone by a Ninjutsu specialist, and has no proper defenses against Genjutsu techniques.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Weapon Mastery
A combination of Miyako’s parentage and father’s tutelage has gifted her an advanced knowledge and overall comprehension of a variety of different forms of weaponry. While this feat is already impressive in and of itself, allowing Miyako versatility in the weaponry within her possession, its greatest feature is perhaps the passive ability Miyako has to learn the general usage of a weapon faster than others. Any weapon Miyako gets her hands on she’s able to use at a baseline level in a short amount of time, provided Miyako is capable of using the weapon in question.
A Hero's Indomitable Will
Due to Miyako’s overwhelming willpower and unshakeable ideal of one day becoming an almighty hero, she is passively immune to any Genjutsu up to and including her maximum rank or other mind altering effects that would lead her to perform actions that go against this ideal such as turning on her allies or acting villainous.
