To that end, those who have joined the cult are often sent out on missionary journeys meant to bring the ignorant populace into the fold. Those who participate in this mission must travel to a local village in Kaminari no Kuni and preach the good word of Nisshoku- without resorting to violence, unless it is needed to defend themselves. Successfully recruiting at least one new believer per participant is required to succeed this mission.

Head to the location and defend the honor of Kumogakure by convincing the populace to reject the cult’s teachings, without attacking the preachers. Self-defense is allowed, but do not start a fight.

Intimidation MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: Yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled REPEATABLE: Yes PARTICIPANTS: Nisshoku Members Only (Chuunin and Below) DESCRIPTION: Sometimes, the local populace requires a bit of extra "motivation” in order to bend the knee to the glorious light of Nisshoku. Travel to the specified village that would dare deny our missionaries and teach them the meaning of retribution, though try not to kill anyone. SHould Kumogakure send any resistance, you are free to kill them.

Head to the village and protect the villagers from those dastardly cultists!

Collection MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: Yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled REPEATABLE: Yes PARTICIPANTS: Nisshoku Members Only (Chuunin and Below) DESCRIPTION: Your mission is simple; travel to the specified village, collect their tithes, and bring the offering back to headquarters. You will have to defend yourself from wild animals, bandits, and potentially hostile villagers, so be be prepared to defend yourself!

Counter: Collection MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: Yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled REPEATABLE: Yes PARTICIPANTS: Kumogakure and Allies (Chuunin and Below) DESCRIPTION: Word has come in that a shipment of money is being sent to the Nisshoku stronghold. Your mission is to intercept and take this money from the cultists, bringing it back to the village and depriving the cult of much needed resources. Destruction of the shipment is also acceptable, but retrieval is preferred.

Protection MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIRED: Yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled REPEATABLE: Yes PARTICIPANTS: Nisshoku Members Only DESCRIPTION: One of the villages allied to the cause has come under attack by a band of ragged bandits. Travel to the village and put a stop to the attacks, using any means necessary. Should the bandits prove to be a group of Kumogakure Shinobi, you are to engage them and bring their corpses back to the village, for the glory of your Shinnyoha! Mission success should result in the death/defeat of the attacking bandits and the protection of the Nisshoku headquarters in the village.

Counter: Protection MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIRED: Yes RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Enabled REPEATABLE: Yes PARTICIPANTS: Kumogakure and Allies DESCRIPTION: It has been discovered that one of the local villages has been secretly supporting Nisshoku. Head to the village and root out the cultists in the area, showing no quarter. Should the villagers side against you, treat them as the enemies of Kumogakure that they are. Mission success should result in the destruction of the cultists headquarters and the death of all their supporters.
