Kirigakure no Jutsu: Dai Sanjūrokkei no Sōi Jōkei Hidden Mist Technique: 36th Stratagem of Strategic Retreat 霧隠れの三十六計・走為上計 The specialty of Kirigakure, Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hiding in Mist Technique] may seem like a simple jutsu at first glance, but it possesses great versatility and adaptability. Recognising this, a war council designed a set of jutsu based on the aforementioned technique, drawing inspiration from his favourite military treatise, the Thirty Six Stratagems. And so, the 36 sets of different jutsu were created. One of them is the Strategic Retreat, the 36th and also the final set. It revolves around retreating with mist. Not a single offensive element is included, as it specialises entirely in retreating in silence. Notes: Because of its lengthy name originally assigned by the inventor, the prefix "Kirigakure no Sōi Jōkei" is usually omitted in all contexts except formal documentation. ❝ Surrender is complete defeat    compromise is half defeat    but escape is not defeat    As long as one is not defeated, there is still a chance. ❞

While these spores are not suited for offensive or defensive purposes, they do possess the ability to absorb significant amounts of water before matured into "Glass Camelia". Once their final shape takes form, they require careful handling; otherwise, they may rupture and release all the water they have absorbed. These clones share attributes and effects similar to their parent technique, except that when destroyed, they produce the signature shattering sound of "Glass Camelia" and immediately release its spores into the surrounding area. It possesses powerful cutting power but has a very short lifespan. Once the water within runs out, usually in a matter of seconds, it would shatter. NAME: Kirigakure no Sōi Jōkei: Shinmei Inro EIGO: Hidden Mist of Strategic Retreat: Divine Guidance KANJI: 霧隠れの走為上計・神明引路 RANK: C-rank CHAKRA USAGE: Medium (Maintain: Low) CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: - REQUIREMENT: HANDSEALS: 0 TRIGGER: Auditory DESCRIPTION:  The genjutsu can only be activated after a shattering sound of a mature "Glass Camelia" is heard by the target. From the victim's perspective, an idealised figure appears seemingly out of nowhere, but it is, in reality, an illusion formed based on both their conscious and subconscious minds. It has the ability to affect multiple individuals, and the illusion is experienced collectively by all victims, though in this case, the appearance may vary from their respective viewpoints. It goes without saying, more concentration is required when manipulating multiple victims, making the illusion weaker and more susceptible to be exposed.
