Achieving this state of mind can be done through a number of means, but the most common taught is to imagine a single lamp in a dark room, through which one focusing all their thoughts and emotions- with enough practice, the user enters a state of complete calm and focus, allowing them to maintain the flow state so long as their concentration is maintained. It should be noted that, while this technique allows those using it to focus more on the moment, it does not make them any faster, stronger, or more skilled- it simply brings out the users highest level of focus, allowing them to act in near perfect synch with what their body is trained to do

I... actually don't know if I see this as a bukijutsu technique? It also just reads as an SA, but if that's a Low [Constant], I can kind of get behind this?
