If you've got the chakra to spare, that is." There really is too much she doesn't know about Homare's clan for her to be suggesting how she could go about modifying her weapons.

"The other trick I'd probably pull is maybe hiding something like... Iunno, maybe senbons within the thread. You know, swing it midway and dismiss it so the web disintegrates and the force of your swing sends the senbons flying. Or hide a bomb tag in there. If necessary, you could probably throw the sword and they'd stick their ground trying to defend against it rather than a secondary explosion."

Some say crafty, others claim it cowardly. The nature of a trickster is to use methods that would bamboozle those who face her. Though, she does have to remind herself that her style of fighting tends to differ vastly from that of others. Pausing for a moment, she glances at Isonami before turning her attention back to the genin.

"If you don't mind, could I try sparring against you and your threads sometime?"

Homare is actually somewhat caught off-guard by the idea that she could hide additional weapons in her webbing... but then the thought of keeping senbon or explosive tags hidden inside her mouth of all places made her decide that perhaps she would simply give that idea a soft denial that wasn't really an outright denial. The other kunoichi meant well, but wasn't likely to be totally aware of the full capabilities of her thread and why that might not work the way she intended.

"Ah, that would be an interesting idea, I may have to look into how I might be able to do that..."

Of course, she had no intentions of ever trying it, at least as long as she was still mostly producing the golden thread from her mouth. Perhaps if she continued to study, she could learn to make the golden thread from nearly anywhere on her body, and that could make for a much more effective surprise attack. For now, though, she would simply stick to making weapons just from her golden thread, as long as it was capable of making them hard as steel.

The suggestion that they might try sparring against one another is also quite surprising, and the furtive glance she gives to her strange fishing rod made the question even more strange than just surprising, but she can't say she isn't intrigued. Especially because she is.

"I would like to spar with you very much, Yuzuki. Although I do not know what you might think you could learn from sparring against me, as I'm not the most skilled with jutsu of this type."

Regardless of this self-deprecating statement, it's an agreement to spar, and she's feeling too tired from training this dual-wielding technique to continue further with the training, and she'd certainly not be in any position to spar, so she gives Yuzuki a smile and a wave goodbye before starting on her way home again.
