Liokuro Hamato, the eldest of the four Hamato brothers. Standing at 5ft 10inches tall, hes the second tallest of the brothers, but holds an average height. Liokuro wears his signature green scarf that wraps around his neck, showing hes a member of the Turtle Clan. His headband is bright blue in color and is tied around around his forehead. However, covering his face is a white mask with blue markings that conceal his identity. This is something his father insisted they do to keep their identity a secret, something he felt all real ninja's should do. (When in reality, its just something a worried and protective father wanted.) On his back he wears a heavy turtle shell to help increase his endurance. Something all members of their clan do. When taken off, their speed would naturally increase. Liokuro also wears a blue short sleeve hoodie, with a white under shirt, black forearm guards, gray colored shorts with black colored leggings underneath, and the signature dark blue shinobi boots. 

Liokuro has blue eyes, and a full head of black hair that is tied up into a pony tail, similar to that of a ronin or samurai would. He has two chunks of hair that fall down on each side of his head that is used to frame his face if his mask is ever off. He has a good mix of an athletic and muscular build. His tone of voice resembles that of a natural and confident leader.

 

PERSONALITY

NINDO: "Four strands of rope." 

Liokuro is confident, cool, calm and collected. He is one of, if not the most quiet of his brothers. But don't let that fool you, he is a talented and natural born leader. He always looks out for his brothers and always looks out for the little guy. He is also the most serious of the four brothers and most responsible as well. Liokuro loves training and is very motivated and takes every second of training seriously making sure he gives it his all. Liokuro looks up to their father greatly and often times gets made fun by his brothers for attempting to act or talk like him. When their father is not around, its up to Liokuro to look after and keep his brothers in check. 

When not training or practicing, Liokuro enjoys reading and taking care of his bonsai tree. He also enjoys having fun with his brothers and naturally gives in and participates in their shenanigans from time to time. His flaws would be his temper which rivals one of his brothers, however, hes better at bottling it up and not letting it show very often. At times he can let his leadership get to his head and it can become more of a dictatorship when his brothers irritate him, or things don't go according to plan due to his brothers not doing what they were told. 

HISTORY

Hailing from the Hamato Clan, Liokuro is one of the four brothers who were raised and trained by their father, the master of their Turtle Clan. Being raised by their single father, Liokuro was chosen by their father to lead his brothers into battle and was chosen due to his personality traits and ability to stay calm under very stressful situations. In the early days as the four brothers grew physically and mentally, they also pushed each other further and further to become as strong as possible and always improving. As they continued to grow before their father's eyes, they all developed their own personality traits, and individual strengths and weaknesses. In Liokuro's case, since he was the most level headed of the group, he was given twin Ninjato swords to specialize in. The reason for this was his father wanted to show and prove to him that sometimes you may need to injure or kill in order to succeed. 

As the four brothers grew up on the outskirts of Amegakure, they never really got involved in the actual city life and mostly kept to themselves just outside the city. However, they also played and had fun like any other brothers would. Their protective father would always have an eye on them and at times stop them if things looked to dangerous or looked like one of them would get hurt playing. Because of this, the four brothers would have to sneak out at night in order to stroll and look around the city. When they would get caught by their father, their punishment would be in the form of intense and prolong training. Anything from holding a stance for hours on end, or intense weapons training that seemed like days. Even though they sneak their way into the city from time to time, as they grew older, their punishments wouldn't be as severe since their skills grew and they were more capable of handling themselves. 

Since Liokuro grew up with three younger brothers, the four of them have an inseparable bond and work together in almost perfect cohesion. Their team attacks can rival most squads since they grew up with each other and know how each other moves and thinks in battle. Together in battle if they get into the grove and fight as one, the results for their opponent can be disastrous. 

FIGHTING STYLE

Since Liokuro is a Genin who recently graduated the academy, his skills are limited at this time. He is however very proficient in academy basics and clan tactics. He is very eager to learn all he can in order to be the very best Ninja he possibly can. 

In battle, Liokuro remains calm and level headed. He is able to deliver leadership advice and call out commands if need be. He is a serious fighter and tries to finish the fight as soon as possible. In battle he is also well rounded and can adapt to situations as the battle changes.
