The two villages exchange different herbal supplies on a regular basis in neutral territories. Meet halfway with our allies, provide a safe exchange and head home. There are rumors that bandits have been watching our routes and may ambush at the exchange - put them down as a team if this occurs. Can be Completed 3 Times!  Slot 1 - Slot 2 - Slot 3 - HERBS OF INTEREST MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: After joint investigations we have discovered a rare herb, that will be essential to improving our poison and medical research. Takigakure and Kirigakure have sent out shinobi to meet and gather this herb from a cavernous but secluded area known for its rich plant life. Watch out for potential dangers, both animal and human. Can be Completed 3 Times!  Slot 1 - Slot 2 - Slot 3 - beta priority missions BIZARRE FOODS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: A quirky chef who is well known in Takigakure for his exotic but delicious meals has decided to spread his talents abroad towards Kirigakure. For this particular venture he needs not only a decent supply of bizarre meats that are not found in Mizu no Kuni but also safe passage to the chain of islands. Takigakure and Kirigakure shinobi are deployed to help catch some exotic animals and transport them live to the Mizu no Kuni islands. Bring the chef along, but be sure he remains in tact. Can be Completed 2 Times!  Slot 1 - Slot 2 - EYES ON THE BORDERS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Takigakure - being in the jungle - is well known for their surplus of medicinal supplies, so it is not uncommon for them to regularly export supplies to Kirigakure. However, these medical supplies are particularly important and particularly rare this time around. With Hi no Kuni so close by, shinobi are dispatched to insure the safe passage of these vital supplies to Kirigakure no Sato for proper dissemination by the government. Can be Completed 2 Times!  Slot 1 -  Slot 2 - alpha priority missions DOUSING FOREST FIRES MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Kirigakure and Takigakure's constant exchanges has raised the brows of several nations but especially Forest Country whose Daimyo has now demanded that Kirigakure and Takigakure pay a tax for using their land to traverse between nations. Kiri and Taki have deployed high ranking diplomats to attend to the Forest Country's Daimyo and talk him down from this demand. Whatever means necessary are to be deployed, however diplomacy is the priority. Must Complete [All 3 Slots]: Herbs of Interest Can be Completed 1 Time!

I would like it if the A Rank was locked behind at least one completion of all previous Missions. Other then that, these seem fine.

Why exactly? A-Ranks can be completed on other mission boards separately w/o being locked so I do not see why in this case it has to be locked when it is not linked to anything else.

Primarily because of the way it's written:

"Kirigakure and Takigakure's constant exchanges has raised the brows of several nations..."

This implies that the exchanges between Kiri and Taki (which is what these missions detail) are happening often enough that it's becoming a diplomatic issue for other nations, which... isn't really something that makes sense unless all the other missions before it are done, since someone could, as it is now, immediately claim the capstone mission of the series and do it the second these get approved.

It's not that big of an ask tbh, just add the line in and you'll have my 1/1.

I'll be honest I still don't see your point in this particular case because it has quite nothing to do with the other missions but I added an arbitrary pre-req. To me it makes no thematic or story sense.
