Yamiji no jutsu NAME: Yamiji No Jutsu: Enchō Kaihō Fūin [Dark Road Technique: Extended Release Seal] RANK: D-rank CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: None REQUIREMENT: Yamiji no Jutsu SA for the clan Hijutsu.  DESCRIPTION: A small portion of the Yamiji seal is released, to give a steady flow of dense black fog. It passively remains open and will gradually seal. An initial charge of chakra to do this. A residual effect until the seal will close fully. It remains for three turns before the seal will force itself closed. Each turn, including the turn of activation, will start with 5m cloud of black fog, which will increase to 10m on second post and 15m on third post. The seal will be closed after reaching that point. If another technique utilizes the seal during the release it will end this effect immediately. NAME: Yamiji No Jutsu: [Dark Road Technique: Shrouded Veil] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low or Medium CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: Three. Rat-Monkey-Bird REQUIREMENT: Yamiji no Jutsu SA for the clan Hijutsu. DESCRIPTION: The Shrouded veil technique utilizes the black fog and the extension of chakra to manipulate the light and how it effects the bodies/objects inside. Rendering silhouettes formed to be near invisible while inside the dense curtain of darkness. The technique uses a low amount of chakra to activate. It lasts three turns before the fog returns to it's original state. The erasure of light. This affects a distance of a maximum of 50m. A user can instead channel a medium amount of chakra to increase the distance to 80m, and it will only last for two turns instead.  NAME: Yamiji No Jutsu: [Dark Road Technique: All that is Abyss] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: One. Rat handseal. TRIGGER: Touch. REQUIREMENT: Yamiji no Jutsu SA for the clan Hijutsu. DESCRIPTION: The Yamiji no Jutsu is said to be the gateway between the world and a Sairin's life essence. The Black Fog is an extension of their own chakra and therefore themselves. Those who touch the black fog, will have their chakra flow fluctuate and it'll seem as if they're being pulled into an abyss. The surrounding fog will appear as to encase them, to drown, suffocate and crush them. All three states. Gas, Liquid and Solid. This technique impedes on the victims mind. This often leaves the victim in a state of immense mental pain, fear and shock; as if death is imminent and they've met their demise.  NAME: Yamiji No Jutsu: [Dark Road Technique: Dark Will] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium to activate. Low to sustain. CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu. ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: Three. Rat-Snake-Dragon REQUIREMENT: Yamiji no Jutsu SA for the clan Hijutsu.  DESCRIPTION: This technique allows the user to control and otherwise allow nearby fog within' a range of 20m to pull into their immediate vicinity, to condense and function as a liquid state. This black liquid will hover sporadically around the user in a 'strange aura'. It's reactive to incoming objects, which the liquid will form together and solidify to guard against. B-rank techniques can be halted. Anything beyond will pass through. The final seal (dragon) must be maintained to uphold this defensive jutsu. NAME: Yamiji no Jutsu: [ Dark Road Technique: Haunting Presence ] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: Medium to activate. Low to sustain. CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: Three. Rat-Dog-Bird. REQUIREMENT: Yamiji no Jutsu SA for the clan Hijutsu. Must already have at least one A-rank technique dedicated to Yamiji no Jutsu.  DESCRIPTION: This technique will allow the user to quite literally step into their fog. Blending their internal chakra with the external chakra [Black Fog] of the Yamiji, they can transition their bodies into this state so as long as they are submerged in the black fog, or make contact to submerge themselves. It takes a medium draw of chakra to merge themselves, but using already manifested external sources of fog assists the process immensely. Once in this state, the chakra requirement is reduced but they cannot maintain it forever.  This will last for three posts unless ended sooner. The user is in the same state as the fog and the state cannot change. They are vapour. They can travel at the average speed equal to one-less than their current rank. Example. If Chuunin, they would travel at the average Genin's speed. SA's can enhance this, but they'd need to be specifically tailored to this effect. General speed SA's do not qualify. In this state they are near completely silent, as if moving like the natural winds and the natural shifts of fog. There was no physical solid state to them so as long as they were submerged.
