JINCHUURIKI SECTION 
BIJUU NAME: Gyūki
BIJUU RANK: Second (Eight-Tails)
BIJUU APPEARANCE:
Gyūki, otherwise known as the Hachibi or the Eight-Tails, takes the form of a large, reddish-brown ushi-oni with four large horns protruding from his head; as well as a visible set of arms, but no clearly-defined legs.
Instead of legs, he has huge tentacles taking up the lower half of his body—and each of these make up the number of tails that he has, which is eight. His normal size is simply massive—as he can easily loom over entire forests and make large rock formations and buildings look like minuscule things in his line of view.
His eyes are purely white sclerae, with no defining iris nor pupil; just a heavy scribble of what appears to be circular lines defining the outline of his "eyes”.
正常の状態 (Seijō no Jōtai; State of Normalcy)
Even though she does not have full access to the mindscape at present, hers takes the form of what appears to be an island found out in the middle of the ocean—ironically mirroring her home village’s insular location. While it does have local greenery and several beaches dotting its landscape along with what appears to be a warm summer sun hanging in the sky above, the Hachibi’s location is deep within the surrounding ocean water itself; specifically trapped in what appears to be a sunken underwater city that has a spherical dome that is constantly filling up with water and keeping most of Gyūki submerged save for his horned head.
This underwater city is how the seal’s power had manifested in Momiji’s mindscape, and the constant surge of water refilling in on itself over and over is what keeps the Hachibi under control. Even though she can walk along the beach (and can see the sunken dome, and consequentially Gyūki trapped within the ruins of the area as a result), the Bijuu cannot reach her from its current position, no matter how hard it tries to break the dome holding it in.
刺激の状態 (Shigeki no Jōtai; State of Irritation)
There are a few visible changes that take place when the mindscape is muddled or Momiji is in a state of agitation—namely that the warm sun has gone out and a rather strong wind has started to blow; the skies above transforming into something that promises lots of rain.
The normally calm water’s surface is starting to pick up on waves, and these are lapping at the shore—a sign that the Hachibi is starting to physically manifest via his host; the dome holding it in manifesting several cracks here and there. He is able to stick his head through the forming hole as a result; and can potentially grab Momiji and sweep her under the rising waves.
混沌の状態 (Konton no Jōtai; State of Chaos)
Once Momiji has bubbled over in rage—or logic has gone out the window—the mindscape becomes an island literally suffering through the brunt of a storm. The skies above are a murky, ominous shade of gray; and a torrential downpour is lashing across the island, bringing with it powerful wind and booming thunder. The greenery on the island is blown this way and that; trees being uprooted and sent every which way.
The water’s surface is no longer calm—the state of which an incoming tsunami would be the best way to describe the rest of the area. The waterline has drastically receded, and with it, the dome holding the Hachibi is finally revealed; shattered and without its prisoner. Instead of finding Gyūki within it, it is Momiji held down in the ruins of the dome, floating face-down in the murky water that remains within the ruined sphere.

NAME: Ni-Ju Kami No Chen [21 Chains of God]

DESCRIPTION:
Truly beautiful as it is deadly, Ni-Ju Kami No Chen is designed to capture and hold true monsters with equally monstrous chakra levels and strength. The result of this seal is the suppression of the Bijū's chakra from the Bijū and the temporary removal of the Bijū's influence over the host.
The first part of this seal is the 11 waterfalls that surround the Bijū in a wide, outer circle. Rather than traditional falling waterfalls, the water shoots up from a dark abyss that resonates more like a geyser than a waterfall.
The 11 waterfalls will completely lock the Jinchuriki from the Bijū allowing no contact whatsoever between the two. On the Jinchuriki, the seal at this moment is completely invisible only maintaining its visible connection via its resonating power. The Jinchuriki at this point without training cannot master the unlocking of each waterfall but one trained in its arts can unlock each waterfall to monitor the seals strength, or in an unlikely event bring down the first barrier to the seal.
Only when the Jinchuriki has earned a considerable amount of inner control will each individual waterfall representing the users control over their chakra begin to part. Each waterfall will flow down to fill the abyss until the abyss fills to the brim. Only then can one cross into the second part of the seal. As each waterfall parts, a small portion of the Bijū's chakra will seep into the Jinchuriki. This is as risky as it is handy since at any time the individual can fall prey to the thoughts of the Bijū. At this point, the 11 pointed tear seal will appear on the Jinchuriki though it will be substantially faded.
Once the waterfalls have parted, signifying the capabilities of the Jinchuriki, the water will be high enough to cross. The seal will then open into invariably its most powerful part, the ten water chains of the Bijū. Each chain has a marker on it that only one proficient enough can break. The Jinchuriki can only break each chain as they are able to siphon and maintain the chakra from the Bijū all the while the influence of the Bijū increasing. Once the final chain breaks either the Bijū is loose from its hold or it has assimilated willingly into the Host.
To use the seal, one must be fully immersed in its lore, but when one has it mastered there is no stopping the user placing the seal on willing objects or people, though it takes a great deal of time to perform.
In regards to its location on Momiji’s body, at the time the sealing ceremony had been performed its location had been roughly around the middle-to-the-left side of her chest; right over her heart. As of now, the seal itself is invisible, but in due time, it will gradually appear and take on the appearance of black ink lines, painted in rough strokes that spread from the central point to her shoulders and down the left side of her torso.
BIJUU CONTROL:
Since Momiji is the newest "container” for Gyuki, she has absolutely no control over the massive power Gyūki possesses. It’ll be a while before she starts to fully understand the situation she’s been in; but for now, the two are existing within the same space inside her mind—but there is almost next to no physical contact made between the Hachibi and herself due to the restraining power of the seal used on her.
In due time, she will learn his name and get to fully harness his power; but for now his manifestation surfaces like a second voice, an inner voice if you may. Although instead of hearing it in her own normal voice, it has manifested in a critical, no-nonsense, if somewhat rude demeanor; taking any chance it gets to let her know what's on his mind.
BIJUU PERSONALITY:
Due to the passage of time between the last time he’d been sealed in another, Gyūki himself has become rather cynical, due to the fact that he’d been passed from Jinchuuriki to Jinchuuriki without being able to fully realize his powers. Due to this, his headstrong personality can be compared to that of a rampaging bull’s—wild and relentless.
He is tough-as-nails, and is serious to a near-fault. He doesn’t have much of a sense of humor; surprisingly, though, he’s quick on his feet and is analytical in battle. When he speaks, he refers to himself with the suffix "ore” (オレ) and can be a rather crass individual when addressed directly.
Because of his no-nonsense demeanor, he will not hesitate to criticize his Jinchuuriki at the first opportunity he gets; and given enough time lingering within her consciousness (once the two have officially ‘met’ within her mindscape and have interacted a few times), he can be a "voice of reason” for Momiji when her line of thinking becomes reckless and logic is just basically thrown out the window.
Of course, Gyūki himself also has a benevolent side, but he is not keen on showing it—preferring to hide behind his rough-and-tumble demeanor much of the time.
BIJUU ABILITIES
Physical Strength
While many of the other Bijuu have a considerable amount of strength, the Hachibi is without a doubt the most psychically strong (with the exception of the Gobi while using the steam ninjutsu to enhance its strength.), with this strength transferring over to its human host.
Ink Technique Tree
While the Hachibi normally tends to fight its battles with its strength more often than not, it also is capable of utilizing ink techniques. These techniques range in effects, but primarily are used to blind opponents and make clones.
Enormous Chakra Reserves
Although not on the level of the Kyuubi’s, the Hachibi’s own chakra resources are nothing to laugh at; as he is the second-strongest out of the tailed beasts. What this means is that Gyūki can use several techniques continuously without immediately tiring out; whether these techniques are his own (like the Ink Technique tree exclusive to him / Bijuu techniques) or his Jinchuuriki’s, as long as the two have reached a certain agreement, Momiji can potentially draw upon his own reserves and add them to her own—but that will come much further down the road.
BIJUU FORMS
Jinchuuriki Form
Suffice it to say that Gyūki’s own ‘form’ as a Jinchuuriki is Momiji herself—the scrawny, gangly young girl who’s not yet fully grown. In this form, she looks relatively normal; with no outward physical transformations due to her being the Hachibi’s container.
Unlike most Jinchuuriki whose manifestations emerge in their physical attributes, the innate physical strength that Gyūki possesses is what she’d picked up on instead—despite her own scrawny size, her own body and muscle structure have become rather dense; to the point that her unassuming form hides the strength that the Hachibi himself is known for.
A single punch can send a person flying; and given enough time, the weapons she wields would eventually have an increased power boost (it only means she’ll hit a bit harder than her output pre-Jinchuuriki status). In due time, once she has made contact with Gyūki, she can potentially utilize some of the ink-based ninjutsu that the Hachibi possesses.
Chakra Shroud [No Tail]
At this point, changes start to gradually manifest. For one, a shroud of red, bubbling chakra will envelope around Momiji’s body, and on certain locations, sucker-like shapes will start to form. The iris and pupil of her own eyes will begin to bleed away, to be replaced by the Hachibi’s own white sclerae.
The shroud of chakra will burn at anything it touches, leaving an uncomfortable sensation afterwards. Starting from this level, the innate strength that the Bijuu holds will become more pronounced; and if she wanted to, her own punches, kicks and basic defensive maneuvers can send whoever connects with it flying backwards by several feet.
Along with the boosted physical strength boost she receives, she can shrug off weak attacks and smaller weapons like senbon; this is due to the increased musculature mass that manifests. Her chakra pool also receives a boost while in this state.
Chakra Shroud [1 Tail]
Now that the first tail has appeared, it takes on the appearance of having sucker-like appendages on its underside; and the shroud of red chakra becomes more vibrant in color. At this point, the beginning of the four horns start to manifest as well; her own eyes turn fully white, matching that of the Hachibi’s.
The access to the chakra pool gets boosted much further; and the physical strength now enables Momiji to punch through most substances like wood and stone with much ease. It is also here that the personality manifestations of Gyūki begin to emerge; becoming wilder; if not more relentless at this point.
It is also here that the Hachibi can access some of the weaker techniques exclusive to his Ink Technique tree.
(If she reaches this point, she is struggling to keep herself under control; and the mindscape would be more or less located within the State of Irritation. She is fighting to keep the Hachibi under control at this point; because the further she slips away, the higher the risk becomes of Gyūki manifesting.)
Chakra Shroud [2 Tail]
With the addition of the second tail, the sucker-like appendages become more pronounced; while the horns that have manifested with the appearance of the previous tail grow slightly longer. At the same time, the chakra pool grows even larger still; and the innate strength receives another boost.
The chakra shroud begins to leave visible burns across her skin at this point. Her durability also increases as well; being able to fend off most thrown weapons such as kunai and shuriken, as well as other lighter weapons. Anything larger than those mentioned can still harm her while in this state.
(At this point, Momiji is slowly but surely losing the struggle, barely avoiding the grasp of the Hachibi as it tries to drag her beneath the waves of the mindscape.)
Chakra Shroud [3 Tail]
Once the third tail manifests, the horns continue to lengthen, but not reach their fully-grown form. At this point in time, the strength boost reaches the point where several people can be sent hurtling away with just a single stomp of the foot towards the ground—and the chakra pool grows much larger as well.
The chakra shroud is fully-red now, bubbling fiercely and causing her intense discomfort. Underneath the burned skin, patches of black are beginning to show; as this is almost the halfway point where the Hachibi has manifested. Medium-sized weapons such as knives and short swords can be easily glanced aside now; along with medium-sized blunt weapons.
Anything larger than these can still make a serious dent on her, of course, and at this point the Sealing Corps have to be called on in order to hold the girl back down. Once this point has been reached, the Hachibi can access more of its Ink Technique tree; but not the entirety of the stronger tier of techniques (B-ranks, at the most).
(Once she reaches this point, she has all but lost the internal battle with Gyūki, and is now on the bargaining end for him to stop his wild, violent rampage.)
Chakra Shroud [4 Tail]
Upon the emergence of the fourth tail, skin has burned away and an all-black "body” is revealed; the halfway point of the transformation / manifestation. She is now the Hachibi, but with legs; the chakra shroud around her arms begins to transform into the Bijuu’s own muscly arms; accompanied by another strength boost.
It is here that larger-sized weapons like longswords and katana have no effect; anything but reinforced steel can break through the bubbling cloak at this point. It is here that reinforcements from the Sealing Corps have to be called in, to forcibly stop the transformation from progressing even further. A simple swing of the arm can injure several people (if not give them severe injuries) or flatten smaller structures, and the Hachibi is now on a wild rampage, fueled by the desire to break free.
Once this stage has been reached, the seal has begun to crack, and the Hachibi is slowly but surely slipping free of its human host.
(It is here that she has surrendered to the inevitability of defeat, and Gyūki is slowly but surely taking over her consciousness—as well as her body.)
Chakra Shroud [5 Tail]
When the fifth tail erupts, the two sets of horns reach their full length, but not their full size. At this point the rampaging tendencies of the Hachibi are most pronounced; the chakra shroud becomes incredibly dense at this point—corrosive to anything that it comes in contact with; quickly eating away at armor as well as flesh.
Another further boost in strength is added on at this point; and by now the facial features that are visible are forming into the Hachibi’s own visage. It is also at this point that the Hachibi regains full access to his repertoire of Ink techniques. Any slight physical movements can cause shock waves to emanate from the point where the Jinchuuriki stands; causing damage to nearby areas—and individuals that are caught in the crossfire can suffer severe injuries.
The Bijuudama techniques become available at this point; its destructive power bolstered the more people try to hold the Jinchuuriki back down and force the Hachibi back into tis chamber. It’s angry, and will not want to be put back in its enclosed prison anymore—Gyūki will resist with as much power that is available to him at this point.
(Momiji doesn’t know what’s going on in the outside world at this point anymore, and instead of Gyūki being trapped in the underwater dome, it is her that has been lashed down and is slowly but surely being submerged in water that’s far too deep for someone of her own stature. This is the stage where the mindscape is in the beginnings of the State of Chaos.)
Chakra Shroud [6 Tail]
When the sixth tail emerges, the seal is halfway destroyed. The four sets of horns are now at their full length and are almost its full size; and highly-reinforced / very heavy weapons are the only chance to cause a dent on the Jinchuuriki. Another boost of physical strength is gained at this point along with another boost of the chakra reserves; and a mere twitch of the foot (or a flex of the arm / its equivalent of lashing out) can flatten several structures with ease.
(At this point, the water flooding through the mindscape is starting to overwhelm Momiji, and she can barely keep her own head above the water. No matter how hard she tries, the energy that is holding her down is far too strong to escape from.)
Chakra Shroud [7 Tail]
The seventh tail makes its appearance; and the Hachibi has almost full control of its host body at this point. The Bijuu’s own muscle mass begins to overlap on its host body, bulking it up to almost double its size. At this point the body looks like that of a beefy, burly man at the peak of his physical form; legs almost lost to the majority of the tentacle tails that make up the lower half of the Bijuu’s true body.
The chakra reserves are very close to that of the Hachibi’s own; and another massive strength boost is bestowed upon the host body. If he wanted to, he could potentially flatten an entire village during this point of the rampage.
It is here that extremely adept sealing masters along with the Amekage, are called on in a last-ditch effort to dispel the violent chakra that is now lethal to most living things that it touches; and force the Hachibi back into its prison and expel the chakra from the host body.
(At this point she can barely keep her eyes above the surface of the murky water, violent waves lashing against her over and over again. This is the penultimate breaking point.)
Chakra Shroud [8 Tail]
Now that the eighth and final tail appears, the form of the host slowly but surely shifts into that of the Hachibi’s, the legs disappearing and melding with two of the tails; becoming a miniature version of the Bijuu. All four horns are at their full, impressive size and length at this point; and Gyūki has full access to his entire repertoire of abilities—the monstrous strength, along with an equally monstrous chakra pool. The hide of the ‘host’ is almost impenetrable once this point has been reached.
(The seal holding back the Hachibi is all but destroyed here; and Momiji is falling into the darkness, unable to wake up. It is at this point in the mindscape that her body is found floating above the murky surface of the water, being tossed by harsh waves pelting it helter-skelter.)
Partial Transformation
While partial transformation is something that is at the very back of her mind at the moment, it’s something she’s not too keen on dwelling on—and so is the Hachibi, apparently. It is here that Gyūki loves to bicker with her, and the two are unable to come at a crossroads in order to strike a balance.
Full Release
If in a one-in-a-million chance the full transformation happens, everything that was Momiji vanishes from the world—the seal has been fully broken; Gyūki is finally free from his confinement and will wreak unprecedented havoc across the land. By this point the girl is all but dead; and even if there’re remains, they’re hardly recognizable to be hers, being burned beyond recognition.
