Gathering, a few days ahead of schedule at most, in Hirata, the city of festivals, as a new celebration kicks off. Heavily patrolled by ashigaru and what's almost assuredly a much larger population of jounin then the village often spares such events, the Chunin Exam is set to begin here. A pop-up stadium making it clear that while the Chunin Exam is tradition the order of its events will be anything but.
