I am happy to announce the comeback of the training threads!

The template for it was somehow deleted, in the craziness of last summer but we have brought it back. In it, one is able to train for a jutsu that is equivalent to the character's rank or below. So if you're a B-ranked shinobi, you're allowed to train up to B-ranked techniques.

All that is required to learn a technique are 10 posts in a thread. This may be subject to change however.

Go forth and train it up my little minions!

Naruto: Fallen Blades' First Biannual Chuunin Exams!



This year's tournament will be held in Kusagakure no Sato, home rich forests and giant mushrooms. In the Chuunin Exams, you will be pitted against Genin from all over the shinobi world in order to prove yourselves worthy of the honorary title of Chuunin. The competition will be fierce so we advise you all to come physically and mentally prepared. If you and your teammates are up for the challenge, feel free to sign up below.

I would like to think that the answer to your first question is a yes, it would not be allowed because we generally try to avoid techniques that essentially do the same things as our SAs even through different methods. HOwever, I think you seem to be catching onto something with your second. Although this is only my opinion and I will have to double check with other staff, but I see no issue in it being on option in which they can create a similar technique to replace Orochimaru's Juinjutsu on the SA list.
