Akito's appearance is rather simple. Though he bears a certain feline elegance, he is, for the most part, pretty plain, and often overlooked within a crowd. His skin is starkly pale, matching well with the darker colors he so prefers. He's short of stature and slim of build, but leanly muscled - built more for speed and dexterity than overt strength. His hair is cut short, and is, admittedly, rather messy. His most striking features are his piercing golden eyes, and the swirling lines of seals that decorate his skin, resembling tiger stripes.

Akito isn't one for particularly fancy clothing - no, his main attire consists mostly of soft, comfortable clothing, both modern and traditional. During the warmer months, he tends to wear mostly off-the-shoulder or sleeveless shirts, often paired with a variety of monochrome leggings. If more formal wear is required, he'll be found more often in vibrant, floral yukatas. Jinbei are worn rarely, saved only for particularly physically taxing chores or lazy days spent alone in his home.

In the colder months, he can be found wearing mostly thick sweaters or darkly colored tanzen. Hanten are reserved for the coldest of days.

His shinobi attire is similarly simple - comprising mainly of mesh armor undershirts beneath monochrome tunics, paired with baggy cargo pants or basic trousers. For stealth missions, he adds a reinforced cloak over his uniform, as well as a plain black half-mask to obscure his face. His headband is placed simply around his left bicep.

PERSONALITY

Akito is, to say the least, an interesting individual. To those who don't know him, he may come off as rude or even lazy, due to his laidback, blunt personality. One might liken him more to the Nara of Konoha than to the Koketsu - and one might find his claws in their face for the offence. 

While yes, he may, at times, exhibit the laziness of a cat, Akito is actually quite the hard worker. He's often found training - always pushing himself further, never stopping. He learned long ago that to live as a shinobi is to put your very life on the line, and to falter or quit, to give up, is to kill oneself. So he doesn't stop. 

To his friends, he is friendly and loving. Kind, compassionate - fun-loving and sweet. He loves prominent shows of affection, a casual arm slung over the shoulders, a loose hug, a peck on the cheek. He wasn't shown affection much as a child, and so takes every opportunity to show it to others now. 

He loves his clan, is proud of his heritage - but mentions of his direct family are the quickest way to get him to shut down. The deaths of his mother, his brother, were intensely hard on him, and the anniversaries of their deaths leave him depressed for days. While he may seem open and without secrets to those who get to know him, he's really... reserved, with no one truly getting to know him. 

The real him is sorrowful, regretful, melancholic. The real him misses the old days with everything in him. 

He loves being a ninja, he does - but sometimes this life just sucks. It rips people away from you without a care to your thoughts or feelings, takes them without a single regret. He's lost so much over the years, and it hurts. More than anything, it hurts.

FIGHTING STYLE

Akito prefers to be on the defensive more than the offensive - a good defense is key, after all. Utilizing his enhanced reflexes and endurance, he dips and dodges around his opponent's attacks, keeping them at a sufficient distance with his kusarigama, and waits for them to tire out. Then, he strikes; lightning fast, scorching his enemy's skin with Raiton. 

He may not be built for feats of strength, or be altogether entirely knowledgeable on proper Taijutsu techniques, but he's got agility and speed in spades - and it doesn't hurt that he's naturally equipped with long, sharp fingernails, which, when coated with his own golden chakra, can deliver a nasty scratch. 

Best at Bukijutsu (specifically Kusarijutsu - least of all Bōjutsu) and particularly Raiton Ninjutsu, his areas of weakness mostly include Genjutsu and strength-based Taijutsu. While he's skilled enough at Fuinjutsu, he's no master by any means. Medical Ninjutsu is, safe to say, out of the question for him, due to his enhanced chakra reserves.

Enhanced Chakra Reserves
Through a lifetime of hard work and consistent training, and some twist of nature's fate, Akito bears significantly enhanced chakra reserves. This allows him to utilize techniques for a longer time than most shinobi. 

Tiger's Senses
As a member of the Koketsu Clan, Akito has a deep connection with nature, and, particularly, tigers. Due to this, he bears certain enhanced senses. His senses of hearing and smell are, above all, superior, with a range of around 0.2km / 200m. 

Tiger's Body
Due to his time spent training and his upbringing around one of nature's apex predators, Akito has moderately enhanced reflexes and endurance, that are about half the efficiency of someone trained solely in those abilities. He's built more for speed and agility, however, and has below average strength. 

Thunder God
Akito has a higher than normal affinity for Raiton. Due to his natural ability with the element, and his continued, persistent training and research, his offensive techniques utilizing the Raiton element are significantly stronger, by roughly 25% - however, this means that they cost more chakra, about roughly 10% more.

Hello, I will start the review, while your tigers are getting approved~

The alias under the banner should match the ones you have in the "other allies” section, at the moment I do not see any mention of "the golden tiger” alias.

Birthday: Add the year of birth, probably 998 for him to turn 25 this year.

Appearance: Does he wear the headband? If yes, where?

Personality: Your personality contradicts your history. In his history, you said he doesn't know his father and his mother is distant, while here you say that the anniversary of their death leaves him depressed. I feel like it wouldn't leave him in that state, and how does he know his father's death day, if he never knew him?

History: Generally for a Jounin, I would expect a little bit more of history and more details.

What happened to his father, why is his mother distant?

How was his early childhood with his brother? How was he in the Academy, how did he get on with his peers?

The Civil War started when he was 10 years old and ended when he was 12. It seems that he met Aoitora during the Civil War. Could you elaborate more on how they met, maybe how exactly he trains him or in what he trains him and why Akito knows the personal jutsus of Aoitora?

What kind of achievements did his team have in the Civil War to get promoted to chuunins?

And you are not allowed to say that Aotori died, as the character is not deceased, please come up with some other reason as to why you inherited his sword.

And how did he become a Jounin, please add that to your history.

And honestly, I am a little confused as to why the Sage Apprentice is a Jounin, while the Sage himself is only a Special Jounin (a rank lower).

Chakra Affinities: A Jounin rank shinobi can start with three affinities. So for you it would be Suiton, Raiton + one more. If you do not have Suiton as your affinity you are unable to use Suiton techniques.

Special Abilities:

Enhanced Chakra Reserves: Generally, you don't create stronger jutsu with larger reserves. You just have larger reserves that allow you to put out more jutsu before tiring.

Prodigy: Make sure to mention that it is only one year under the allowance on ranks and positions.

Tiger's Senses: As Koketsu are a Narashi clan, they can only summon tigers and have the potential to form bonds with the cubs of their contract. And as they grow with their partner, they tend to take on more tiger-like aspects such as a more acute sense of hearing. Meaning you can either have acute hearing or smell. If you choose to have both, you will need to decrease the distance in half. And that is it, please remove everything else from this SA. (starting from the "As well,...” part.)

Tiger's Body: You have two options here. First, you have both reflexes and endurance but it would be split halfway in terms of efficiency (i.e. someone with a dedicated SA would be better than you). Second, you choose only one - reflexes or endurance.

Thunder God: This will not work. Either it has to be a Raiton strengthening SA or a Raiton activation speed SA.

Birthday: The year should be 1004.

Appearance: "Unlike most shinobi, he prefers steel-toed combat boots over the more common sandals.” Kirigakure is like feudal Japan, as such I do not think this would be appropriate.

Special Abilities:

Tiger's Body: It is a bit hard to understand the wording. Maybe something along this line would be better: "Moderately enhanced reflexes and endurance, that are about half the efficiency of someone trained solely in those abilities.”

Thunder God: Still a no. We do not, generally, allow element chakra cost reduction.

Instead here is an example of an approved character SA: "Her Katon Ninjutsu, and in particular her Nakajima Hijutsu, burn hotter than even the most powerful of her clan, granting her Katon-based Ninjutsu a significant boost in raw power over others of her rank, so much so that she is nearly on another level of power. Katon Ninjutsu (including Nakajima Hijutsu) used by Seika are roughly 25% more powerful than normal, and cost 10% more to use.”

As you can see this character receives a boost to their Katon, but instead it costs them 10% more chakra to use. If you would like something like that for Raiton, you need to clearly state the drawback and that it would work only for offensive jutsus.
