Amegakure shinobi are expected to protect the parade from sabotage from rival Arashi no Kuni villages that have their own parades for the Daimyo's honor, as well as potential thievery or attacks by bandits, though banditry is less likely. It is also extremely unlikely that ninja will see any enemy shinobi within the heartland of Arashi no Kuni. tempest in a teacup MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: No RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Disabled PARTICIPANTS: 1-4 Amegakure ninja, repeatable DESCRIPTION: While there are no gangs in Amegakure, that doesn't mean there's no black market for goods that most people in Amegakure can't obtain through legal means. While the black market can never be eradicated, it does need to be kept in check from time to time. For this purpose, go down into Himin Machi and track down one of the black market dealers that's starting to become more and more of a pain for the regular Amegakure police force.
