A brilliant and deadly way to die, the technique is utilized after the user has performed the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Regalscape] technique. Furthering the chakra connection between the user and his or her petals, the user will cause the existing [Lightning Release] petal swords to break down instantly.

Retaining their strength and composure, the petals may then be controlled and directed with one hand as long as the user remains stationary and holds the seal of confrontation. These petals, moving at speeds equivalent to a Jonin Taijutsu secondary specialist, are considered to be one of the most deadly weapons within a [Fallen Sakura] user's arsenal.

The strongest variant of a clone in the [Fallen Sakura] technique tree and an upgrade to the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Arrangement Clone] technique, these clones are able to use any techniques the user knows. However, what makes these clones as powerful as they are is the greatly enhanced durability; each clone can only be killed with a fatal strike, either stabbing through the chest (where the heart would be), bisecting, decapitation, or dismemberment. When destroyed, a clone disperse into flurry of petals before settling, as well as any new knowledge or unused chakra returning to the user.

The third stage of the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Sword] technique, this unites the scattered petals created by the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura] technique into complete glowing swords, which form rows of 50. These rows float just above each other, and circle around user and one's opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. It abandons defense in favor of a concentrated offense.

Though visually menacing, this technique is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it concentrates the user's existing [Lightning Release] petals into fewer blades, thus increasing one's attack power. While the user can control these swords with hand movements while holding the seal of confrontation, the more common approach is to call a sword to one's hands for actual melee combat.

When in the user's hand, any swords take the form of a standard katana with a bright glow. At this stage, it takes fewer blows from a blade created by this technique to injure an opponent gravely. This technique effectively traps the user in with one's enemy, preventing either combatant from moving very far from each other, though the area is still large enough for maneuverability.

The deadliest aspect of technique is that it allows for use of all the swords at the same attack level, making it a way to effectively defeat an enemy unaware of the danger of the situation.

The fourth and final stage of the [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Sword] technique, this condenses each and every one of the user's blades created by the Raiton: San'o Sennen Senkei [Lightning Release: Fallen Sakura Millennium Slaughterscape] technique into a single, potent sword, reaching a whopping fifty meters [50m] in length and ten meters [10m] in width, drastically increasing its cutting power.

The chakra released by this form is immense, causing a halo-like vortex and wing-like structures to form around the user's head and back respectively; chakra sensors would be temporarily "blinded" upon sensing this technique due to the sheer chakra used to cast it, being unable to sense anything while within the blade's range. The blade appears bright white, and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name "White Imperial Sword".

Due to the sheer size of the blade, the user is able to easily slice cleanly through steel with minimal resistance, while flesh and bone, wood, and stone prove to be ineffective against the sharpness of petals. As a result, the strikes from this blade can easily deal grievous injuries in a single blow, if not outright kill someone.
