Normally such a thing would be ignored but these wolves are very aggressive and territorial and have been causing problems for the locals and traders alike. You are to go there and strike the wolves down. Reports show there is at least 10 wolves in the pack, but there could be more.

Hi~ Just a few comments to ensure there is no conflict with the existing lore or the lore to be published soon. Killing Blow Hunting rogue ninja, missing-nin, or nuke-nin is usually reserved for special teams, such as JITE or the Susano Police and Watch Corps (SPWC). They are setup for this reasons after all. However, for this scenario (killing), it should lean more towards JITE. These special teams are typically composed of highly skilled ninja, often at the level of Special Jounin, given the B-rank nature of their missions. They are adept at tracking, combat, and apprehension, making them formidable opponents for any rogue ninja they encounter. Suggestions: 1. Change "Rogue Ninja" to "Bandits". 2. If the target remains "Rogue Ninja," specify their ranks (e.g., B-rank missing-nin/nuke-nin, or led by an A-rank nukenin), and amend the participants and descriptions accordingly. High Priority Mail Everything is fine except for the the lack of information on the contents, and recipient being Hi no Kuni resident? FYI, Amegakure and Konohagakure have been bitter enemies for a long time. We dont outright ban all trades/missions related to Konoha, but the contents must be carefully checked before approval, especially when the recipient is Konoha. Although it's yet to be mentioned in the lore, trade with Konoha or Suna is highly regulated (restricted export). Example: exporting weapons to Konohagakure is strictly prohibited, for obvious reason. Another reason for such a tight security is to safeguard the interest of Amegakure. Imagine the political chaos if the goods in question were stolen from another nation and Amegakure indirectly assisted them. We are not doing trafficking business, at least not publicly and without knowing what we are dealing with. Suggestions: 1. Specify the goods in question. 2. Replace "Hi no Kuni" with another country. If it remains unchanged, ensure the goods are not weapons or crucial industrial machinery/goods. Clearing the Woods Based on the current map, there are no caves near Amegakure. There are mountains and hills in the country, but they are quite far from Ame. Kindly set a specific location: a) Hills between Erimo and Amegakure b) Haraju Pass c) Southern Border I would suggest (a) as it is safer compared to Haraju Pass (simply too near the border) and more logical compared to the Southern Border, as trade routes dont usually go through there.

I'll have to agree that Mizu no Kuni/Kiri (Water Country) makes little sense because bringing it to the border would require crossing the sea and getting to the sea, and Ame is landlocked on all sides, and many of the countries/seas that need to be crossed are hostile to Ame. If you want to deliver it to a border, I believe the Arashi - Tsuchi no Kuni/Iwa (Earth Country) border is a much better option.



And I don't feel like a delivery mission needs to be a B-rank, you can lower it to a C-rank, since most of it will happen in Arashi no Kuni, since there is no need for an NPC mod or random scenario too.
