Map of Arashi no Kuni [ x] Prominent Locations Listed in the Missions [ x] subway service Mission Rank: DNPC Required: No.Random Mission Scenario: Disabled.
Participants:Open to Amegakure shinobi. Description:Subways. They are the hailed bastion of Amegakure no Sato's technological marvel. Not quite as hi-tech as modern subway systems, but it is a work in progress that allows many shinobi and civilians of Amegakure service across the Village. And like any good thing, punks have to ruin it. Graffiti and trash litters the platforms, so be a good Genin and clear it up. PS: don't fall on the tracks.

ice cream catastrophe Mission Rank: DNPC Required: No.Random Mission Scenario: Disabled
Participants:Open to Amegakure shinobi Description:Samani! Arashi no Kuni's holiday destination! It sits on the border of Tsuchi no Kuni and is snugged up against a mountain range that protects it from the harsh weather that hits the southern part of the country.
Your team is tasked with preparing for the influx of holidaymakers all around Arashi no Kuni. Ice cream shipments have been targeted by the most fearsome criminals known to mankind! Raccoons! They are little sugar snifflers and the local delivery company has had some intense difficulties with keeping the little tykes from breaking in and gorging out on ice cream.
Catch the little fluffballs and stop them from eating the ice cream, then go to each of the four ice cream parlours in Samani and deliver the goods. Be warned. The raccoons are determined little demons and will likely follow you!

herbal identification Mission Rank: CNPC Required: Optional.Random Mission Scenario: Disabled
Participants:Open to Amegakure shinobi and an accompanying allied shinobi from: Ame/Iwa/Taki/Yuki/Kiri. At least one team member should be a a medic spec. Description:Lunar Lake (Tsuki no Misami) is one of the most picturesque areas of Arashi no Kuni. It doesn't see half as much rainfall as southern areas of Arashi no Kuni, but it does have a vibrant ecosystem thanks to the large lake that sits in the middle of the valley.
Medics are always needing precious herbs but don't always have the time to go and get them themselves. You (and your team if you have one) have been tasked with collecting four pouches of valuable herbs: Gingko, Feverfew, Echinacea and Chamomile.
As well as this, a pouch of toxic Water Hemlock for one of Amegakure's toxicologists. Be warned: it is lethal if handled improperly, hence why a medic is required to better identify and handle the herbs.
Information has trickled through to the mission contractor that there are bandits camping in the hills. They rob travellers in the area on their way to Otobe and will very likely try to stick up your team.

sensory shenanigans Mission Rank: BNPC Required: Yes.Random Mission Scenario: Optional.
Participants:Amegakure Shinobi only. At least one member must be a sensor. Description:Moseushi is one of the most heavily restricted areas in Arashi no Kuni because of the advanced research into weaponry and creation that occurs within the industrial city. But recently the train line that runs directly to Moseushi has been having one hell of a problem.
Sensors keep failing to pre-empt attacks on the train line where bandits try to make off with supplies heading into the city. They have yet to actually achieve theft but the fact that the sensors only get a ping right before the attack happens has alarmed them and tells them that the bandits are being lead by a shinobi capable of masking their presence from the sensors of Moseushi.
Your team is tasked with stopping the next rumoured attack. A capable sensor will be able to detect the odd traces of chakra that flare up before the attack takes place. Devise a plan and put them out of commission: shinobi style.

thunderstruck Mission Rank: BNPC Required: Optional.Random Mission Scenario: Optional.
Participants:Amegakure shinobi only. At least one must have a fuinjutsu spec. Description:Jansune Keep is the bulwark fortress that sits ominously on Kaze no Kuni and Arashi no Kuni's borders. If ever there was a place more militarily policed, it is Jansune Keep.
But Jansune Keep doesn't just have walls and false entryways to keep its defences up. Fuinjutsu users seal a great many planted traps on the exterior walls and jagged gully's, making sneaking in to or raiding the Keep practically impossible.
It is not a place one goes to make friends. You (and your team) are there to fortify the seals around the Keep. A dangerous job, thanks to the lightning that is savage and hits around the area frequently. Get blasted by even one strike and you are dust.
When you arrive for your task you will discover by report that the Keep is monitoring cloaked spies who have been lurking in the area. They are evasive and when questioned before have come to blows with the shinobi guards. But they are fast and slippery and have use of chakra.
Get the seals reinforced and eliminate the threat.

the haunting of shiraio hill Mission Rank: BNPC Required: Yes.Random Mission Scenario: Enabled
Participants:Open to Amegakure Shinobi Description:Shiraio is quite the picturesque Village. Harajo Pass runs directly through Shiraio and it is the main thoroughfare to Nohara no Kuni. Border watchers are strict but trade is plenty and the Village is a safe haven for travelling traders.
But every Village has a scary story. And this scary story is very much true.
Rumour has it that fifty years ago, before the watches were expanded, an affluent family was murdered in their stately mansion on the hill that overlooks Shiraio. No murderer was ever caught and eventually the locals took to the story that the family were killed by demons and malevolent spirits. Ever since, the house has sat on the hill and has fallen into disrepair. No one goes near it. So it has said as legend and a warning to those who get into trouble.
Recently however the villagers have been hearing screams at night, terrible moans that roam the Village. All originating from the house. A villager went in to investigate and never came out. Shinobi have been summonsed to search the house for the source; though whether it is an unhappy shinobi camper or actually ghosts remains to be seen...
You are tasked with investigating what claims have come from the villagers. Then go up to the manor house to investigate these claims yourself. The rumours say that activity only happens at night, so brace yourself for a hunt in the dark!

ace of spades Mission Rank: BNPC Required: Yes.Random Mission Scenario: Optional.
Participants:Amegakure shinobi only. Description:Hidaka: rainy, crime ridden and lecherous. A city of sin and one of the stains on Arashi no Kuni's soil. It is only allowed to operate because it is the city closest to the Arashi no Kuni pipeline.
Recent troubles have come in that Geisha, one of Hidaka's most prolific strip and gambling clubs, has come under the ownership of a gangster that is less than helpful towards Arashi no Kuni.
Reports suggest that the Kingpin has some shinobi training and his hired goons can pack a punch. You and your team have been placed under the pretence that you are the new hired goons of the Kingpin.
Identify who he is, don't get distracted with the dancers, and take him out quietly. It is critical that the Kingpin is removed without extended violence. An unfortunate death that will allow his replacement to be someone who is more malleable to Amegakure's whims.
If you fail to kill him quietly, retaliation upon your team will be heavy. As it is a condition of the mission, failure to kill him quietly will result in total failure of the mission. Be smart. And don't lose all your money on the Blackjack.

here there be monsters Mission Rank: ANPC Required: Yes.Random Mission Scenario: Disabled
Participants:Amegakure shinobi with the option of adding any allied shinobi to your team from Iwa/Kiri/Yuki/Taki. One in the team must be a genjutsu spec. Description:Assabu is under siege. Well. A siege of nightmares. The workers of the dam have reported that images of monsters stalk the mid-level settlement that houses the workers of the water dam. Is it a load of hogwash? That's why you need a genjutsu specialist to find out.
Your team will discover that in fact Assabu is under siege from a rogue shinobi force lead by a strong genjutsu wielder who specialises in making nightmares a reality.
Without Assabu working, the dam will overflow and break its levies, flooding the settlement and risking the city of Samani too. Your genjutsu specialist is pivotal to uncovering the plot, for these illusions are not the ordinary kind of illusion.
Prepare yourself. This fight will not be easy and failure to eradicate the threat will result in the deaths of all the workers in Assabu.
