It has caused panic in the local civilian population of our best entertainment village. Go there, uncover the reasoning behind the explosions, eliminate any threats as necessary. DEVICE NOT FOR SALE MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: The explosions have been linked to one single man who has somehow gotten his hands on a powerful detonation device we have been working on. He has managed to perfect it with his group of goons. Find his hideout and eliminate the man, his lackeys and retrieve the device safely. Must Complete: FUN EXPLOSIVES THE WET BANDITS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Turns out the pirates we had used to test our device on did not take it too well and have been attacking the coast line. Reports have come in that they have joined forces with other pirates to beef up their numbers to do so. Show that criminal solidarity means nothing to Kirigakure no Sato. PERSUASIVE TACTICS MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Our new initiative is to put defensive measures on the outskirts of every island so that it is much more difficult for our enemies and pillagers to come onto any shore they like without a proper pass. However, some nobles have been protesting as this will impede their ability to enter and exit as they like. Travel the nation, and carefully persuade the nobles of the benefits of this new initiative. You may want to bring someone from the Shinobi Council to bolster your chances, though it is not required. SUCCESS OR DEATH MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Though the nobles seem to have been persuaded of our defensive measures it seems that some of them had agreed without meaning to agree. Go out and set the defensive measures across the nation as asked. However be weary of the fact that some powerful mercenaries have been hired to sabotage and combat the measures and devices. MONSTERS UNDER THE BED MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: The finishing touches are being put on quite a large piece of equipment that needs significant testing. Go to Sekana Me and release some of the monsters with those that are stationed there. Help put the finishing touches on the equipment, and go out into the field of the island to test said equipment. Be weary of the monsters as they have not been fed in a while. The equipment should do well to put them out of commission.

No other shinobi can take these on. FEEDING TIME MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: The prison is on a very tight schedule of feeding the prisoners. Be sure to provide the proper amount of food to those being fed. However, be careful and make sure that none try to steal your keys or the ability to get out of their cells. SMALL TIME RIOT MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Though the prisoners do not get a lot of common out time there are times where they get to stretch their legs in a small common area. This time they went a step too far and are trying to riot in spite of anti-jutsu measures that were taken. Put the riot down, kill the held nukenin if it becomes necessary keep the ones who surrender alive. CAREFUL TRANSFER MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: You have been charged with transferring a criminal from one spot in the prison to another. They were found out to be less dangerous than they had been previously suspected to be. Still, remain vigilant and do not let them take you by surprise. OIL THE MECHANISM MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: You have been assigned to check over all the mechanisms and clean them of any rust in the prison. This may mean getting down and dirty as well as getting into some really uncomfortable areas that could be dangerous. Be sure to not accidentally click anything that may cause your own death in the process. beta priority missions All missions below require members of Suiryu Tenshukaku Hogo. No other shinobi can take these on. WHISPERS IN THE DARK MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: The prisoners have been heard whispering among each other in the night. Though these are lower rung prisoners they still should not be taken lightly in large numbers. Figure out what they are whispering about, and if any conflict arises immediately put it down. Do not fear making an example of a particularly wily prisoner this area is meant to be highly secure! LOW END LOW LIFE MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Interrogate a newcomer. They have been quite quick to get heated all the way to the prison and though they are properly subdued with an inability to perform jutsu they seem to be physically capable still. This is dangerous for their physicality, subdue and extract the information we need from them.  A CARAVAN MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: We have detained several criminals. Some need to go to the old prison due to their negligible danger levels, however there are two in the caravan who need to be brought to the main prisoner for higher security. Assist the caravan as it treks across the nation from Kirigakure no Sato to The Garden. Protect it from opposition and get the prisoners where they need to go.  alpha priority missions All missions below require members of Suiryu Tenshukaku Hogo. No other shinobi can take these on. THROUGH STORM AND SEA MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Some individuals from a watchtower at sea that had killed our shinobi have been captured and are now being transferred to the prison. They are high profile prisoners that are meant to go to the Garden. Travel with them and ensure they arrive and are put where they are meant to go.  GREATER DANGERS MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned DESCRIPTION: An individual has been - in opposition to a previous mission - noted as much more dangerous than he had originally been marked down as. Starting riots and plots to break out along with resisting interrogation for longer than most. His transgressions are enough to transfer him to The Garden properly. Take him out of the regular cells and take him to the floating abyss. Due to the high rank of the individual this mission is ranked accordingly, ideally there is no combat but the nature of this individual is unruly and therefore hard to be certain that they won't cause issues.
