Due to a breakdown in communication and a plague of assumptions from both the staff and the members it was decided that anything that needs one or more of the staff to look at would be posted in here to let us know it needs our attention. Whether this is applications that need reviewed, purchases that need processed or appeals that need considered then you'll post it here. Anything not posted in here will be assumed to be a work in progress by the staff.
Whenever your request has been completely taken care of then your post will be deleted from the thread. Furthermore the staff will do their best to stick to the order we receive the notifications. However, we ask that you post a new post for any notification to us rather than just editing an earlier post and adding it there as this is more or less tantamount to cutting in line. While there is not currently any sort of punishment for doing so, it is ungentlemanly behavior to say the least and likely will not win you friends to do so.
I understand that wait times have been rather annoying for some members. We use the notification thread to try and cut down on those times, but even with it there will be times where we can not get to your application as quickly as you might hope. The staff do this job for free to try and allow you to enjoy the site, and because we do it for free other matters come first at times. So please, do your best to wait patiently.

- Please detail briefly what it is about. [appeal/jutsu/clan/org]
- Post a maximum of 3 reviews at a time.
- Do not edit in additional reviews into your post to bypass other members. It is rude.
- Inactive reviews from two weeks onwards without any post from their creators (excluding staff, in which case, we apologize!) will be deleted from the notify staff. Feel free to reply here when they are ready to be reviewed once more.
